can you respond top emails please

sent email few days ago requesting authorisation code so i can replace a pair of fins from medium to small. need to return / replace items asap as required a week on friday

    I have just seen that you have placed a review on Trustpilot asking us to respond to an email you sent about an exchange. We always respond to emails as quickly as possible and have searched our system for an email from you but are unable to find one, unfortunately some emails do go missing so a phone call usually avoids any delays.
    I have emailed you personally asking you to resend your original email, CC’d to me so that I can ensure that it is processed as soon as possible.
