Friendly and eficient and always available to talk to.

This is the fourth time i think that i have ordered off WD and the kit ordered has arrived intact and when they said it would, although a more accurate and imediate time for delivery would be usfull.

As for the kit it has been of good quality, however, bathroom suites in general are poorly designed ie; waste for the shower tray should come with straight or 90deg elbow and be of the compression type, not 135deg.

The water inlet for the WC cistern (concealed) has no space to connect to unless cut back.

Please, please find a top quality toilet seat that is easy to fit and does not come loose within a couple of weeks. I would be willing to pay good money for it !!!!!.

More space needed in baths to fit taps on.

The trim panels on the baths and showers are dreadfull. The fixings do not work and all a bit flimsy.
This is not necessarily WDs fault but they should report back to the manufactures.
Do they ever fit bathrooms out for real (the manufacturers).

shower door I purchased was very reasonably priced for the quality. As a bathroom/ shower installer I have fitted many shower doors and I rate this door as one of the easiest to install and of a high quality and impressive looking.

Recently purchased and installed Shower enclosure, tray, easy plumb kit and wastes. I shopped around and the variation in price is massive. I could have bought a cheaper enclosure but I also could have paid four times as much.
The quality that WD offered me fitted perfectly with what I was looking for and the price was right too. The whole order process was simple and delivery problem free.
The goods are now in place and look FANTASTIC!! I can't emphasise enough how good this Chrome enclosure looks so if your shopping around for a similar product look no further, order it now without any concerns whatsoever the quality is BRILLIANT.

had to wait a little while for my products to arrive, but when i got them, they were amazing quality for the price we paid. alot cheaper than other sites. The bath is huge and the spa's are amazing, i will have years of relaxing in this. Thanks alot, highly recommended. :)

A REALLY HELPFUL COMPANY.

WDB were great. We phoned them to ask if they did a non standard shower tray and ended up buying everything from them as they were able to match or beat all other prices and delivered for free. We found the quality of all the items purchased good and easy to fit. All parts were supplied and the correct number off screws/washers etc were included. Any questions were quickly answered and they phoned back when they said they would. Delivery was on time and they rang ahhead as promised. l would happily recommend them to anyone.

Helpful information given over the 'phone; delivery went like clockwork.

A really excellent screen for the money. The corner pillar is a little chunky, but the design is effective. Delivered quickly and carefully.

I was not happy with the delivery of the item
At 8am,nine months pregnant my whirlpool bath was abandoned outside in the street and when asked the person delivering it he said he would not leave it inside let alone he didnt even leave it outside my door it was in the middle of the street stuck to loads of wooden frame...wouldnt want to use them again...

We are sorry that you did not receive the service you expected.

The delivery service you chose was a FREE pallet delivery (hence there being a wooden frame). You had the option of upgrading to a 2 man delivery service. In this case the driver would have had an assistant to carry the goods into any ground floor room.

For clarity on why the driver left the pallet at the roadside, it has become clear from google street maps that your front door is approx. 6 feet from the actual road. If the driver had of left it outside of your front door then a public footpath would have been blocked.

Our terms state that when receiving a pallet delivery then please have abled bodied persons available as the driver cannot bring the goods inside of the property. Had we known that you were 9 months pregnant and alone we certainly would not have advised this type of delivery.

Once again we are sorry your expectations were not met.

Excellent service, but disapointing product

Prompt communication and easy to contact on the telephone to arrange delivery, very helpful and called me back to confirm my order was ready to dispatch. Shower trav dlelivered on a wooden pallet safe and secure. I would have no hesitation buying from WD Bathrooms again or recomending them, but was just a little disappointed by the product its self. My shower tray seemed excellent until I realised the bottom of the tray was below the bottom edges of the tray, meaning I've had to build a frame like a picture frame to stand the tray on, so that I can then bed the center of the tray on compound. Good job I didn't want it flush on the floor. Otherwise tray looks great from above and very solid.

Nice and easy to order only one bad point was waiting for them to ring me with a delivery date and time didn't hear anything for three days so rang then and they sorted it out there and then !

I have sent 2 E-mails regarding a serious complaint, both of which have been ignored !!

Item damaged when received, sent two e-mails with photo evidence, all of which has been totally ignored. Far from happy with the total lack of interest once item has been sold. However, I am pleased with my purchase, but not with the supplier!!

Very happy with the shower enclosure

lovely shower enclosure, but there was a small snag. The fitting instructions, especially the pictures were very, very poor. It took me quite a while to figure it out. Surely that is something the manufacturer should be informed about.
Basically, once it's put together, one doesn't need instructions again, as it is quite simple. I advise to look up IKEA instructions on any item. very straight forward.

Good price — the shower enclosure and stone tray were way cheaper than anywhere else, and they both seem good quality. I see no reason to buy elsewhere for a higher price.
They said that they wouldn't be able to guarantee that the delivery team would deliver to my 2nd floor flat, but they did.

The price of the shower enclosure and tray I bought was a bargain. I ordered via the telephone, had an invoice within minutes and confirmation of delivery for the next day! Very happy and would happily recommend.

Great product - poor after sales service

I was very pleased with the product and the service I received when ordering, but a couple of white plastic washers broke and when I emailed to request a few more to be sent out to me, I've been completely ignored.

Decent standard of quality and service

I'm not sure the product as delivered was exactly as described on the website (i.e. components were chrome-plated but described as stainless steel). On the other hand, the quality was OK (one niggle: the aluminium channel securing the shower screen really ought to have a plastic stop-end at the top to prevent it filling with water). So not brilliant, but OK. Now installed, it looks good and we all enjoy using the shower!

I never buy my shower enclosures from anywhere else

I found wd bathrooms about 5years ago and gave them a go, i found the staff very friendly and helpful, the quality of goods excellent and exceptional value for money. I never buy my shower enclosures off anyone else and will continue to do so if the quality of goods stay the same. However I do believe there delivery people should be changed so to accommodate customers needs. As a self-employed plumber the last thing I need is to have to wait in all day for a delivery. Surely A morning or afternoon designated delivery slot would be better.

Good Old Fashioned Northern Customer Service

I ordered a shower tray and a new sink from WD and it was a bit of a disaster as, even though it had loads of packaging the courier managed to break the tray. I rang them and got straight through to a lovely Geordie chap, who sent me out a new tray next-day. Mistakes happen but it's how a company deals with them that is a mark of the company. Good stuff WD!!
