Returning goods - recommend using recorded delivery
I ordered some replacement parts for a shower door - friendly service and the parts arrived fairly quickly. I had the same experience when ordering the shower door itself two years ago.
Unfortunately the spare parts did not fit the shower door. I returned them, but they were lost in the post. WD Bathrooms checked and they were sure that they had not arrived. I suggest using recorded delivery when returning products of any value, so that you so not lose out if you are unlucky with the post.
