The bed arrived on time. Luckily I had workmen fitting some wardrobe at the time and they assembled it for me. It seemed easy to put together and looks lovely
The quality of the wood is very good and is attractive design. My only gripe with this product is that the fixings were poor quality. The heads broke off four of the screws whilst trying to attach and also one of the bolts did not align properly.
I needed spare put me up bed /searched on internet found . we are beds .com they had the bed I needed.contacted them by phone asked some questions gave my order ensured it would be deliverd next day,it was also delivery man ,helped by taking up to the room, being a pensioner it was much pleasing for the service. thank you.
first come into contact with such incompetent company, I lost three days of work because I've been waiting for a courier from you, but He did not get. I wrote and I called to you and nothing promised by courier to come and take damage frame of beds, which is a week packed and waiting to receive. I'm sick of waiting and much regret the purchased product in your store.
Ordered Milano Day Bed and it arrived a day later! Super quick service. Delighted with the quality. The frame takes 2 single matresses and so provides two proper beds. Received emails informing me of every stage - excellent service - would definitely recommend and use this company again.
I ordered a pine flat pack bed and I would use wearebeds again and would recommend them to others.. The quality was excellent for the price, the delivery was on time and the bed was quite easy to put together except for a detail that was incorrect on the picture instruction. This wouldn't have been a problem if I had had a quick answer from the service team but that was not forthcoming. However with a little bit of manipulation of one of the dowell holes that should have been a screw hole (or vise versa) the problem was fixed quite easily. They lost a star because of the slow response, not because of the diagram.
Ordering was easy enough online, delivery was supposed to be between 12.30 and 3.30 turned up at 7.45 in the evening althou the delivery company were helpful and said they were running late but then when we went to assemble it, each piece was either labeled 7 1 or 3! And as there wasn't supposed to b any labeled 1 this didn't bode well! We had to work out where each piece went which meant a lot of putting it together then realising things were wrong and taking it apart again, the instructions didn't show each piece in enough detail to see how many holes in which place etc, this was a mid sleeper so it was just all wooden pieces to be put together. Now its up its fine and pretty sturdy more then it looks online so happy there but that's about it.

So here is the real customer behind this transaction (I received the Thank You email this morning without having written this review).
The only truth in this review is that Michael from WeAreBeds did his utmost to correct the utterly incompetent conduct from the delivery company. Anything else did not work.
I ordered through the web site and did not get any email confirmation about the purchase (as one would normally expect and as any other web site would do).
After calling the Call Centre on Monday the order was confirmed verbally and delivery was advised to be the next day. There was no delivery on Tuesday, nor was there any notification about the fact it was not going to happen. Tried to call the Call Centre Tuesday within the working hours advertised on the web site and was told they are now closed. Turned out later in the process that I could not get anybody on the phone after 5:30 in any case. So I reverted to e-mail.
The delivery company then came on Wednesday and delivered 2 out of 3 boxes. The delivered bed parts were the wrong colour.
According to the Call Centre the missing box was due for delivery the next day (Thursday) because the delivery company got it mixed up. So the plan going forward was to await delivery of the third box on Thursday, check if the colour matched the wrong colour of the original delivery and if not take steps to get the wrong box exchanged. There was no delivery on Thursday neither any notification. After e-mailing the Call Centre again it was promised to get the missing box delivered under any circumstances on Friday. There was no delivery on Friday either!
I then emailed the Call Centre letting them know I was going on a business trip abroad for the following week, so please could they arrange for delivery after my return, which was confirmed. Just the courier seems to not have had knowledge about this, because they delivered the third box while I was away. Luckily my 15 year old son was at home from school already when the box arrived and he could sign for the delivery, which I was told was not possible, it needed to be an adult.
When my son told me about the delivery I decided I keep the mismatching colours of the bed rather than entering another adventure of exchanging the wrong coloured parts because sleeping on the floor for much longer was not something I fancied. I told that to WeAreBeds in an e-Mail yesterday and this morning I found this customer review written on my behalf on the Trustpilot Web site!!!
Needless to say I would certainly not have given 5 out of 5 stars.
The bed arrived the next day as promised, with all its parts. We discovered when we started to construct it that the instructions were missing but managed to work it out anyway as the pieces were labelled A,B,C etc. Looks very good and my daughter is very pleased with it.
Bed arrived flatpacked within estimated delivery period of three weeks from order date. Very prompt efficient delivery service.
My one complaint would be the poor instruction sheet although the pictures are reasonably clear there are no written instructions to support the pictures. Bed took nearly 4 hours to construct with two people involved think the average construction time should be on construction instructions.
I am very pleased with bed now its up and in use, although the first bi of the rising ottoman base is difficult for me as a single female to get moving until the gas lift
Ordered my bed 10 days in advance,. Excellent customer service on the telephone. Delivered in four boxes, easily assembled. For good bargain beds, I will be using them again, highly recommended.
We were looking forward to our new bed. When it arrived some boxes were damaged and one box was open at one end. The delivery came when we were out so a neighbour took the delivery. We took the boxes to our bedroom and opened them up and took out all of the contents in preparation to build the bed. It was at that time we noticed that there were no fixings so we had no means of putting the bed together. Having talked to the sales staff they were quick to help resolve the issue and the bed is up and fine.
Really great product, a dream of a bed, item was delivered next day. Courier was lovely and very helpful. Web site was easy to use and no problem.Would certainly trust and buy from this company again and recommend it to anyone.
Internet experience was fine but it went south from there ! The delivery company attempted to deliver a day late when no-one was home and we then had to wait a week for delivery after that. Having now received the product I have been very impressed by the after sales service from WeAreBeds.com, the product is excellent and well priced and I can say that this is a genuine internet service that I will use again. Let's hope XDP Delivery can match the internet service for quality next time around.
The ordering process was very easy and delivery was very quick. We did ask for a note to be put on the delivery docket for after 2pm as no one at home 'till then. They arrived at just after 8am but luckly my daughter was at home. Bed good value and easy to put together overall very pleased.
Delivery date booked when bed ordered, for about 20 days time, then bed found to not be in stock the day before delivery, after i had booked day off work to be there to sign for it, another date booked, the date before we were moving house, another day booked off work, rang the day before to check was definity being delivered, only to find that it was coming the following week and we had be told the wrong date, have since moved and waiting for bed to be delivered on friday, fingers crossed !!!!
Really pleased with my new white leather bed, was delivered the very next day and built within 20 minutes, and very reasonable price for a stunning bed, i love it! thanks a lot.

My only complaint is I was told when I ordered that it would be delivered between 10 and 2, and so waited in all day, and having heard nothing, had to leave to pick up children at 3. The driver called at half past 3 when I was on my way to a doctor's appointment, so had to rush home to meet the driver to take delivery of the item. This was all a bit convenient, and really it's just luck that I was able to get home at all. I am aware the delivery service is a separate agent, so greater communication would hopefully ensure these kinds of mistakes don't happen in the future.
Exactly as predicted cheapest bed and I throughly investigated on line options, smooth easy order and good quality bed with great service, infact I ordered at work so I was on the payment page for a while as I got distracted and the chat advisor popped up to check I was ok, which I thought was lovely. The delivery should have been with us Monday however the delivery people had only been given my landline number despite giving my mobile number aswell on the order so I didn't recieve a call and had to reschedule delivery or the next day. This said the delivery company were fantastic and the driver called me a couple of times once to ok delivery between 4 and 5 and again ten mins before he got there to give me time to nip home. Would definately recommend and have told friends and family to check them out.
The bed looks brilliant and is very sturdy.
It took a very long time to build as the dowels dont go straight into place.
But on the whole its brilliant would deffo buy another and reccommend.
The bed I purchased was delivered as expected which was fast.
Company were very good and the bed (once made!) was very nice.
However, instructions were awful so had to make the bed blind and have been constantly resticking the tent back onto the bed as it keeps falling off!!!!
A few things to think about there for the manufacturers!!!
After been played around by another bed furniture store I decided to go look elsewhere. This particular bed I wanted have been either sold out or had a very long waiting time. I couldn't wait 2 months for a bed because I was desperate to move into my new home.
Everywhere else had told me this particular bed would not be available anywhere until 5th May because it comes from the manufacturers and which they have no stock of.
That's when I came across WeAreBeds.
I spoke to James and he told that they had it in stock, 3 in fact! Which also comes from the manufacturers so that was a nice surprise.
I asked James to check and confirm about 3 times to make sure as the previous site I ordered from stated 'in stock' on their site but came delivery day, they called me to say they made a mistake and don't have it in stock!!
I now have the bed up and it's a lovely bed, very well made.
Service from WeAreBeds have been very good. Was told I can call up on delivery day and they would be able to tell me roughly what time delivery would be arriving, which is convenient especially when you haven't moved in your new house yet.
Would reccomend and buy again.
We made the mistake of ordering a bed and mattress which was a fiasco from start to finish.
We received an email weeks after ordering stating that our order would be delivered on a certain day.
I took a day off work to await the delivery. The mattress arrived, the bed frame did not arrive. The delivery driver assured us that it would be delivered separately in a day or two (and by the way was reluctant to help to move the mattress).
I emailed the company to check when it would be delivered. I received an email back stating that the bed had been discontinued but offering no explanation as to why I had not been told this. We reluctantly agreed to a cheaper alternative cheaper bed as we were promised next day delivery and my mother was due to stay and needed to use it. This time my wife took a day off work to wait for the delivery on the agreed date.
By 3.30pm it had not arrived but wearebeds.com assured me that it would be delivered by 6pm.It didn't. I tried ringing but they had gone home so I emailed him instead as I could get no reply.
The next day I had expected someone to phone or email me first thing but it was not until I phoned them later in the day that they said they would try to find what had happened to the bed and get back to me. We Are Beds phoned later to say that the bed was now elsewhere in the country and that it would take the rest of the day to get it back and that it would then be delivered on the next day. They did not apologise for the further delays in the bed delivery and when I asked to speak to his superior or be given the contact details of the managing director or someone else at senior director level he smugly said that he did not have a superior and that he would not give out the number of anyone else in the company. I asked him to pin down the time of delivery ideally to an hour at sometime in the day so that I could pop home from work for the delivery and then go back. He said that he couldn't do that, that he would not ask the delivery company for a set time on my behalf and then said that it would be ok to only take 1/2 a day off as he would be able to get it to me by 12 noon for sure. I reluctantly agreed to this.
On the agreed day my wife managed to take work home and expected the bed in the morning. By 12.30 it was not here and I then phoned them. They told him that the delivery would definitely be with us that day. They did not apologise that it hadn’t arrived by 12 noon as he had promised or offer to check with the delivery company or phone us back to tell us what was going on at the delivery end. I managed to get home by 1pm and work from home in the afternoon. I phoned later in the afternoon to ask where the bed was and asked what sort of compensation they would be offering for this shambles - wearebeds flatly refused to offer us any compensation, he assured me that the bed was on the way but did not phone the delivery company to find out why the bed had not been delivered in the morning as agreed or whether it was indeed on its way. I tried phoning them at 6pm but once again they had gone home. The bed frame once again did not arrive. I emailed to complain about the handling of this delivery and the ridiculous of time off work that my wife and I were being forced to take in order to receive it, once again asking for compensation for this shambles.
The next day at 9.30 I receive a chatty little email from wearebeds.com to say that the bed will be delivered that day!!!! By that time my wife was at work and cannot take further time off work. I managed to go home by taking a further day’s leave. Fortuitously the bed arrived at 12.30 otherwise we would not have been in to receive the delivery, the driver would not let us check it whilst he was here. It has now been inspected and has a small dent in the headboard, not surprising given that it had been on a lorry for several days.
What a shambles!
I live near to the showroon they have at Brierley hill and it is huge with a large selection of items to choose from. I was torn between to different bunk beds for the kids but was happy with my choice in the end. I opted to have it delivered with their in house delivery service and it came yesterday, The delivery guy was also helpful and friendly, I am happy to invest money into a local freindly business with offer a great service rather than one of these massive corperate firms.
Overall great and would deff buy again from them and would deff reccomend to a friend.

I recently purchased a bed from wearebeds.com and couldnt be happier... The bed is even better than I expected! It arrived so quickly. When speaking to customer service, I was very happy with the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. The product itself is great. I will definitely be recommending wearebeds.com to my friends and family for their next purchases. They made a normally stressful purchase simple and easy. Thank you to all the staff for everything! I would not go there. They are rude and unable to do basic tasks. When challenging this they simply dont reply and are rude, as they wait for you to call them. They have no structure (according to them) of anyone to deal with a situation if the one manager they have is not there This is a problem as she clocks off at 4.30 each day and does not ring you during the day. A few days of my life wasted trying to sort out problems caused by this firm. Never again will I deal with them.
After looking for a cabin bed for ages, I came across We Are Beds and found just what I was looking for. I selected the product as it looked well made and had all the features I wanted. It came very quickly and I was kept up to date with my order. We put it together easily and are very pleased with the bed, especially as it was such a great price. I would recommend to others.
I needed some questions answered about the construction of the bed and they contacted the manufacturer to get the answer. The bed was of good quality and arrived very quickly. I am very pleased with the whole process.
