Horrendous!!!
We had a successful social/dating site, we approached webcreationuk to update our site. In 2009 we wanted to bring it upto date and bring lots of new features into the site. The job we were requesting needed skilled web designers and we made that clear to the sales person. After an in-depth explanation of what we wanted the sales person (Mark Slade) promised us the world. Impressed by the company we proceeded with the website and were initially told the website would be 9/12 weeks (order and payment made on the 17/03/2009). We made the initial payment and were excited by the promises being made, at the time I remember thinking I would find it hard to wait the 9/12 weeks.
The glitz and glamour of the Bath office and the professional demeanour was soon out the window and we were passed on to our project manager in India, Gurbir Singh. Gurbir was horrified to find out the complexity of the website webcreationuk had said would be no problem and made that clear in his correspondents to us. Initial designs came through and to our horror they were so poorly constructed and so aesthetically awful we ended up putting counter designs in ourselves. Literally designing the site ourselves and getting them to copy the design. It got to the point that I was putting more time into the initial correspondents and designing the site than I was my full time job. Every request, every little aspect of the site was a massive hassle, they could not complete the simplest of tasks. After the initial month we hadn't progressed at all, and this was when it started to go quiet, we would be lucky if we received an email every two weeks. We would be promised aspects of site would be built only to hear nothing for weeks. I have full correspondents an emails to back this up as I have seen on other reviews webcreationuk claim that reviews are written by their competitors so I implore you to go to www.chatbelt.com and see all the aspects of the site that haven't been fixed under the "life time guarantee"
7 months into the site build we had a front page and no database, I had sent countless emails to head office and India with very little response. I finally spoke to someone who seemed to care, we were 5 months over schedule (Mark Robson) We had a huge lists of faults with the design site and each week we would send an email of the things not working and each week we would receive an email confirming they had fixed 1 of 10 faults. In the end we sent emails with things highlighted in red in the hope that someone actually pay attention to tens of faults they had created. After a huge amount of complaining webcreationuk apologised for the 1st designer and put someone new in-charge of our project. (Anuj Garg) And this brought the third wave of false hope a feeling that would become all too familiar when dealing with this absolute joke of a company. The second designer started to return emails and in-fairness he was quicker than the first, by mid June 2010 after over 300 emails back and forth he was ready with the site. We weren't happy with the site but the lack of progress meant we pushed forward anyway. 15 months after the project had first begun!!! We paid for the site and hosted away from webcreationuk due to their server restrictions (fair enough) As the site went live aspects of the site would fail, i.e the chatroom licence would expire the database wouldn't work correctly. This would happen weekly. Until they told us they wouldn't fix it. "what about the life time warranty?" I asked. They claimed because I had it on different servers they wouldn't be able to offer this service even though they had all the login details. Its worth pointing out that they were the ones that told us they couldn't host it and secondly they offered us a life time warranty at the start. CRIMINALS! In the end we made a choice that would take the site to a real web-designer and pay the full cost to get it fixed up and working, I have approached 4 web-designers; none of which are prepared to go near the site due to the language its written in. I'm left in position were I have a broken site on an expensive sever that no one will fix for me. I've poured years of my life into this project only to be treated like a mug by webcreationuk. I will be taking legal action and I just hope if you're reading this I can save you from a similar experience....please please don't believe the reviews written by their staff!

The most painful company I ever have to deal with
I've been with WCUK since 2007 and the only reason I still am is the pain of finding anyone new fo host our site. You assume that as they know you and your site, things will be easier, but they aren't. Every single time I need anything changed it is a painful process of explanation, re-explanation and further explanation. Every time a change is made it seems to backfire and affect previous work done. Add to this the fact that my website is hacked into at least a few times a year for my customers to be exposed to pornographic images under my brand and you get a feeling for just how incompetent this lot are. I'm absolutely sick of it and am searching for a new provider. It will be hard work, but nothing can match the ineptitude of WCUK and the abysmal service levels that support the low prices they offer. Pay peanuts?

Fantastic service! Delivered on time, on specification and with complete professionalism!
Very simple and straightforward website creation company. I particularly liked the scoping document which made me really think about my target audience and the messages I wanted to convey to them.
Any adjustments or amendments were carried out very quickly; typically within 12 hours.
I fully intend to recommend WebCreationUK to my clients - if only all companies were as good to deal with!

Fantastic, honest and lovely team! Highly recommend to everyone.
I looked around the web and made a list of 5 web design companies. They all came within a similar price but I like WebCreationUK's portfolio best. They were also the only company to bother to call me back. I had already once been 'stung' by another small web design company that I found out later ran from a bedroom. WebCreationUK have a lovely office which I was lucky enough to visit so that I could explain my project fully. The website was done within the timescale I provided and I would absolutely use them again in the future. Thanks guys!

Quick, Affordable, Reliable & Fabulous!
I was recommended by a friend to work with WebCreation for my e-commerce site. From the 1st conversation with the guys there, I knew they had experience, patience and most of all the capabilities to create brilliant websites.
The examples they show are so impressive that I knew id love my site once complete - which I do!!
I worked with Ivana, who was so kind and patient with all my questions, amends and took the time to explain various elements to me which was incredibly helpful.

No need to look any further for a website design company
This is my first venture into the world of online selling as part of a new venture. I have been extremely happy with the level of service and support WebcreationUK have provided throughout the design and development of the site. Response and amendments to the site have been incorporated within 24 hours (generally a lot less)- which is a more than acceptable time scale. As this site has been built from an idea on a piece of paper, the designers have been very patient, helpful and understanding to questions and queries which must have seemed at times extremely simplistic. I'm looking forward to moving forward with the design team as the site goes live as no doubt, minor amendments and changes will be needed. I will have no hesitation in recommending the company to colleagues or clients.

Excellent website - we got there in the end, for a great price
Firstly, they're good designers the sites quick and they are inexpensive. Though, there is a price to pay for their low cost. You have to be exceptionally patient with some mistakes by the designer and you need to be excellent in illustrating what you want to the designer. If you can forego a few struggles and annoyances the end result is an excellent website. Getting there is a challenge but one worth the investment in my time to get there ultimately saving my finance to invest more in the adwords etc. As such, I would 100% recommend and ignore the bad reviews.

HORRENDOUS EXPERIENCE AVOID THIS COMPANY!
This is my update. Yes, I am waiting for Webcreation Uk to have this negative feedback removed, how increasingly predictable. To all those people left with an unfinished website, my commiseratons. I am in the same position. However, I can confirm that not only is there an online petition, a government body will now investigate. So good luck to all you unlucky people who have come in contact with this comapny.

I confirm that I understand that it is illegal in the UK to write a review about my own business, or to write a review that is false. Are Webcreation Uk aware of this?
My experiences with this company are well documented along with many many other dissatisfied customers. It is a real blow to discover that EVERY NEGATIVE FEEDBACK listed on this forum against Webcreation now states that they are from unconfirmed clients.
Surely everyone is aware that before listing feedback all customers must provide invoice numbers. Is this yet another ploy to discredit their unhappy customers?
Take responsibility Webcreation UK and stop blaming everyone else for the amount of online negative feedback.

WebCreationUK are very bad developers
I have had significant problems with WebCreationUk.
Agree with all bad reviews in this site.
It seems like they do the same to all clients. They are pretty much providers of Indian developers email addresses.
I got a really bad service. Do not recommend.

Stay away!!!!!
We found webcreationuk after doing some research on the internet and looking at reviews. The sales team were very friendly and welcoming and so we decided to go ahead. That had to be the worst decision of our lives!
We were told that the website would take 12-14 weeks and actually took almost 18 months! It took them 3 months just to get the homepage completed and another 6 months to get the other pages designed with the remainder of the time spent on coding.
The work done appears to be copied from other websites and sub-standard. The coding is poor and even though we have been live for 5 months we are still finding issues with the website. The website itself had hundreds of spelling and grammatical errors which took us ages to fix.
We have tried to resolve the issues on numerous occassions but we get nothing but extremely poor customer service and ridiculous excuses.
The designers and coders are based in India and you can only contact them via email. Even the project managers are non-existent!
We have no option but to take this awful company to court and try and get our money back.
PLEASE stay away from this company! They will take your money and produce a poor website. Don't be swayed by the good feedback - They are paying people to write positive feedback.

Not satisfied
Like many disappointed customers of WebcreationUK I have been very very disappointed with the service and mentality of their staff. They don’t respond to emails. The designs they do are of poor quality. The sales team promises you everything verbally and then they don’t deliver.
WebcreationUK is also a company that hides behind the small print. They do not make you aware at the point of sale that the websites are designed in India. You can’t actually talk with the designer and the deposit payment is none refundable. Like so many other people they have taken my deposit and I have nothing to show for it. In my view webcreationUK are unprofessional and immoral.
I appointed them last year and I don’t even have a home page yet. I have tried to get a refund and they do not refund. I HAVE NOTHING to show for my money.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM AT ALL. Please do your research about them. Just Google “WebcreationUK problems” and see all the people they have done this too!
They are cowboy website designers. They take your money and run! We are a small business trying to survive in a tough business climate and they are an awful company. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM AT ALL. I have contacted trading standard and ‘BBC watchdog’ about them.

Satisfied with their services
This is what I call first class service for awesome fees! Have paid maybe 20 times for almost similar sites in the past and by just looking and comparing those with what Webcreationuk team did it is almost impossible to figure out what did I received extra for those crazy amounts of money paid.
They struggled to manage my demands with promptitude, their approach was professional and the results is fantastic. I would definitely use them again for future projects and they are now top of my web designers’ list as recommended.

Good web design team
The story is simple: I needed a cheap website and I chose Web Creation UK due to their prices and portfolio; one of the best choices I ever made! The design is fantastic and their seo team worth every penny invested. I would choose them again for the way they treat their clients and for their expertise in creating websites.

Excellent Value for Money
The designer of the website was helpful, efficient & was able to translate my expectations into reality. The development process was much quicker than expected & therefore going live was earlier than planned.
