5 stars - not enough!

Most of my non food shopping is done on the internet, some companies are very good, some just good, some poor but Webtogs are outstanding, they shine above all others!
The goods arrived the next day. I had to return an item, I posted it on Saturday and by Monday afternoon I had an email from Webtogs informing me that they'd received the item & had refunded my money. This is truely outstanding service. Some of the bigger companies I have dealt with take up to a month to respond to returns & this is usually only done after I have chased it up.

Terrific service!

The item I ordered arrived promptly but was sadly incorrectly sized (through no fault of Webtogs, I hasten to add). The returns process was simple and equally prompt - I received my refund, along with return postage as soon as my returned item was received. My order arrived very promptly, but unfortunately I had ordered too small for my daughter. I contacted Webtogs via phone and spoke to a very polite gentleman who explained the exchange procedure to me. I discovered Webtogs site a few months ago and, a couple of weeks ago, ordered a Jacket.
The process for ordering and the emails that kept me updated on it's progress was fantastic.
When the Jacket came in the wrong size (manufacturers fault - not Webtogs!) they didn't hesitate to proactively offer me an alternative jacket.
The ease of returning and then receiving the replacement Jacket was unbelievable. Again, the process could not have been simpler.
Within a few days I had received the goods.

Stunning service

Having been caught with several websites which claimed to have stuff in stock (but still took the money from your credit card), I cautiously rung first. lady who answered the phone assured me that it was true but, to reassure me, went and got the item from the warehouse. And it was with me in less than 24 hours. Cracking price, and free delivery - here's a company that shows other internet traders how to do it!

Excellent Customer Service - Even when things go wrong.

I ordered a woman's jacket from webtogs as a Christmas present. Unfortunately, a men's jacket was sent out by mistake (though I did recieve it very quickly). After a quick phone call to Webtogs on the Saturday morning before Christmas a women's jacket was dispatched (even before they had received the returned jacket) on the Monday and I recieved it on the Tuesday. The cost of returning the men's jacket was reimbursed very quickly and Webtogs were a pleasure to deal with. I have to say you sometimes don't know how good a company is until something goes wrong (and this was easy mistake to make), but in this case Webtogs performed excellently and are well worth using.

I bought a few products from this company & I find them like a breath of fresh air compaired to most companies now...
Their products are excellent but above all else they have a 2nd to none customer service style, fast at replying to & dealing with any problem.

Overseas delivery

I ordered over the weekend from a remote area in France and received my order on wednesday! This is really exceptional, they can't beat this in France! The KEEN schoes are fabulous, finally some shoes with more then enough space of the toes. Will surely buy again at webtogs!

1) the price, which was inferior to any other on-line shop I've checked;
2) the willingness to change details of my order on the fly without any delay on the final delivery;
3) a very fast and zero-cost (at least for my order which was I think > 500 GBP) delivery (UK->Italy);

Highly recommend Webtogs

I have ordered a few things from Webtogs and I have always found the service excellent. Items were delivered quickly and had clear instructions about what to do if you need to return anything. The website is very easy to navigate and see products etc and they even have video which has someone show the products in more details. Sometimes I think the images of the products need to be a bit bigger when you click on them for a closer look. Webtogs prices are cheaper than what you will find on the high street too. I also suggest they add more childrens clothing like rainsuits and wellies right down to toddler size to keep up with other websites. I had loads of friends with little ones wanting to buy rain suits but couldn't recommend the site because they didn't sell them. But overall excellent!

Quite simply fantastic!!

Ordered at 3pm on Wednesday and received by 3pm on Thursday....and this was during the postal strike. A great company with exceptionally good prices and excellent service to match! An absolute pleasure to deal with - the only problem is that when I told my wife how much I saved, she said that I could now afford to buy her a North Face jacket!!

i can't praise this supplier enough. webtogs doesn't charge for delivery -not even to the remote areas of Scotland - and they never make a fuss about returns and refunds. they also keep the customer very well informed via email: confirmation of order, despatch, receipt of returns. i keep returning to them again and again for their excellent service. they also have quite a good variety of outdoor and travel goods.

Cheap and on time!

I was very pleased to find out that the free delivery on orders over 50GBP includes shipping outside the UK. My coat was delivered to me in Denmark on the day specified by Webtogs (I placed the order Monday evening and got the coat Friday mid morning) AND the coat was significantly cheaper than anywhere else. Free delivery to Denmark if you buy for 165 £ I think it is, which if nice when trading wiith a webshop outside your own country. You can return stuff if you can't fit it and they respond on mails and skype almost instantly.
