My favourite supplier for Keen sandals
Great service from Webtogs as I expect. Only downfall was the sizing of my size 8 Keen sandals...I thought that they would be OK as have had 2 pairs previously. Did not notice until I had been wearing them for about a couple of hours that they were putting pressure on my left toe. Then when I measured them against my other pairs the rubber footbed is a few milimetres shorter. Disappointing.....

Quality gear sold with a personal touch
The items I've purchased have required a bit of pre purchase communication to answer a few questions ( eg single skin Nemo Morpho tent - any condensation issues ?) .
The answers received , both over the phone , and via email , have been prompt and informative , and from the same person each time . I have confidence in the staff of Webtogs in knowing user experience of the items they sell.
Customer service has been amazing .
A Rab down jacket in their sale was only available in size large . It was too big. I returned this at no cost and ordered a Rab soft shell jacket in medium . It was too small ! I contacted Webtogs re the actual measurements of the size large . These were sent within hours . The size large in this jacket matched my usual size medium in other brands .
I returned the medium and received the perfectly fitting large within days . 5 postal journeys for 1 postal cost ! ( a prepaid returns label is included with delivery note - if exchanging rather than refunding then postage is free) .
I am a fan of a bargain . All the items I've bought have been in their sale , and have been the best available price by a significant margin. I'm very happy !
I'd recommend Webtogs unreservedly after my buying experiences during March and April 2013.

Great service from Webtogs, I ordered a pair of walking sandals which unfortunately didn't fit as well as they should so I requested an exchange for a different style which I loved but they weren't the right fit, I exchanged these for the next size and bingo - perfection. I couldn't have asked for better service, prompt & efficient, returns & exchanges were really easy and staff friendly & helpful when dealing with the slight price difference in goods.

Super Service
I was really impressed with the quick delivery, and the very reasonable prices from webtogs! The coat i purchased was exactly the quality i expected, and it keeps me nice and toasty when it's cold, but not too hot when the temperature is up and i just need a raincoat. An overall good shopping experience without trawling the shops.

Fantastic service and efficient delivery.
All in all a very good service. The North Face body warmer was a great fit for my wife who is small to medium (size 10 below and 11 to 12 up top). The small fits well even with a thin fleece underneath. The length was good as well with my wife being 5ft 7inches tall. Very happy and she loved the colour which was the purple type one.
