Superbly fast and efficient
Really can't fault the service at all, ordered some leather care products and they were with me the next day with their standard delivery. Well packaged and best price to boot, have shopped with them on numerous occasions and am never disappointed.

Absolutely excellent service
Item arrived the day after I ordered it. Unfortunately, found that I had ordered the wrong colour. Phoned to Customer Services who couldn't have been more helpful. Returned item and replacement dispatched the same day as return. Received the next day. Also excellent communication via email. highly recommend

Great service
Initial delivery lost by Royal Mail, lady i spoke to on the helpline v helpful and had replacements in post immediately, received next day. Cannot fault.
Would def use again.

Excellent Customer Service.
Ordered a pair of walking boots online. They arrived on a Tuesday, and I was hoping to wear them for a planned walk on Thursday. When they arrived, I realised that I needed a size larger than I had ordered. I made a phone call to Webtogs approx midday on Tuesday asking if they could get a pair of the next size up in these boots to me a.s.a.p. They arrived midday Wednesday. Brilliant!

The service from this company was great. They Answered my questions and gave me information about what i was buying.
However, i did notice that the webiste itself was not ready for customers who are not in the EU, making the form fillin part a bit hard

Cracking service
Everything was good with my transaction - staff were friendly and helpful, and the postage was very fast (and free). Prices are very reasonable as well. I guess my only reservation is the limited stock in climbing gear and more technical bits of clothing (four-season boots, crampons etc...). In terms of basic clothing and accessories, it's great though.

Bought walking shoes from Webtogs. They were delivered extremely quickly. Unfortunately I had to return them because they didn't fit. Got an immediate no hassle refund. I would recommend this company unreservedly.

A great company to do business with.
The rab down jacket had approximately 50 % off. This was a genuine reduction as most other web sites were offering just a 10 % discount.
I opted for the express delivery (as this was just a couple of pounds extra) and the jacket was delivered the next day at noon.
Excellent value for money and first rate customer service: highly recommended.

Keen addict
I must admit to being a bit of a keen addict so am a bit biased ! I finally wore out my keen targhee II walking shoes after 7 years hard use and needed to replace them. Very impressed with service, delivery and product. I can definitely recommend Webtogs.
Basically it was very simple indeed. I spotted the item on the website and then made a quick call to place the order. All very straight forward, the product purchased was a survival bothy shelter which I am very happy with. I have not had to try it out in the field yet but it certainly appears to tick all the boxes!
