On the face of it seemed good but the parcel got damaged, we had taken out additional insurance and the courier admitted liability and supposedly paid Fast Lane International....nearly 2 months after this we have not seen this money, they do not return calls, cut you off when you ring, don't respond to emails and when you do manage to speak to someone they fob you off with lies! We are now left over £400 out of pocket with no resolution in sight!
I have sent a parcel from USA to the UK with Fast Lane and the service was spectacular. Today, I needed to cancel a service very last-minute and Fast Lane International offered me a full refund no questions asked.
They have an excellent customer support team and everything seems to work incredibly smoothly.
Booked for a parcel to be collected and sent to Cyprus. Paid £20 more because they stated it would be collected on New Years Eve between 11.30am and 7.30pm. I waited in all day and nobody collected the parcel on that day they arrived on 2 January and then today 4 January I have received a call from Fast Lane asking for another £16 as the parcel weighed more than I stated (although it was weighed before sending).
I was absolutely appalled at firstly being let down and as a consequence letting my customer down and then by the disgusting attitude of a manager of this company. They seriously are well trained in every excuse under the sun. Firstly they said the parcel was overweight, then when challenged he said the weight was calculated by volume metrics, then he said the T&C's stated 'times may vary' they do not however state 'dates' may also vary. The manager then tried to tell us in an ideal world circumstances such as snow, transport problems etc can effect delivery and collections however none of these were issues.
They took absolutely no responsibility for their actions and they said I was to take it up with the third party courier even though my contract was with Fast Lane.
Challenging the manager and asking him to accept that they had not fulfilled their contract resulted in him hanging up.
Use them at your own risk, I would never ever use them again their service is rubbish!
I wanted a parcel collecting from Canada they told me it was scheduled for collection tuesday 17th didn't hear anything had to chase them only to be told it was scheduled for collection tuesday 24th again emailed them to be told it was scheduled for collection today (25th) still no contact despite numerous emails I believe they use a call centre to answer their calls, no explanation as to why non collection and no regular updates…. not very impressed
Sadly when I sent a parcel last month with wdtw it arrived two weeks late to my nephew and it was totally smashed to pieces! The 'assistance' I received from their customer support was terrible and I was left having to send out a new item. :(
Hi. Thank you for an amazing service, a large and delicate model railway layout, that weighed 36Kg, and which several other companies refused to transport, even at more than double the price you charged, arrived safely and undamaged, in Northern Ireland, within 24 hours of being collected in Manchester. I have had post take a week to get to Ireland. A fantastic service that has been greatly appreciated by both parties.
Mistakes and cock-ups happen thats life its not about the problem its about how its dealt with and Fast Lane proved their metal by dealing with a website order problem in a fast, efficient and professional manner. Companies these days just do not give this level of customer service and it was so refreshing to speak to someone who cared.
Really impressive service- easy to use website, very helpful on the phone with customs queries. Package was collected very quickly for delivery to DHL Express and delivered 2 1/2 days ahead of schedule. First class result and good value- way cheaper than going to DHL direct due to the volume of business placed by Fast Lane. I liked the fact that both companies encourage and respond to feedback.

After many years of poor service from the post office culminating in 3 consecutively lost parcels sent overseas within 2 months, despite paying extra for tracking, I decided to look for an alternative method. I found Fast Lane International (wedeliverthe world.com) after an Internet search and from the very first occasion I was amazed by every aspect of their service. I have been using them for approximately 3 years now and their prices are always the most competitive, the customer service staff are absolutely first class; friendly, reliable, helpful and efficient, and their links with the associate companies are completely seamless from the customers perspective. By way of example, I was amazed not too long ago, when three packages collected from my remote home in the Yorkshire Wolds, were in the hands of the recipients in Malaysia and a remote island in the Philippines in 35, 36 and 37 hours respectively and that was after going through Leeds, East Midlands Airport, Frankfurt and Hong Kong! Each package was constantly trackable, on line, every time it was handled from door to door. Contrast that with with paying a similar price and enduring a drive to the post office, parking charges, queueing only to be treated with indifference and then charged for an international tracking service which, when items are subsequently lost, one discovers they only track until the package leaves our shores! Then of course when one tries to follow up the losses, having to negotiate the inevitable long winded button pressing process before being eventually fobbed off by some agent pre-programmed with excuses in what is ludicrously called 'customer services'. Fast Lane International (wedeliverthe world.com) are superb and make the post office look about as modern and efficient as the pony express on donkeys!
The Company has an excellent customer focus and were helpful throughout. We had to get a replacement laptop to our daughter in Norway within a time limit. Fastlane collected when they said they would and the parcel was delivered safe and in one piece.
These guys did all the hard work and took the hassle out of making a shipment from origin to destination, both outside the UK.
The did it without all the usual hoops to jump through with DHL etc. Actually, they took care of the annoying red tape.
They also handled difficulties that arose with the shipper with patience and understanding.
They communicated really well, responding to multiple emails.
Would definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone.
I have used Fast Lane on several occasions now. Not only are their rates extremely competitive, but their service is highly professional, too.
All packages have been collected & delivered exactly when required,
and often at a fraction of the cost of using the carriers they use directly!!!.
Very easy to use online booking system, and if ever I have had to speak to their operators (only to sort out MY own booking error!!!) staff have been
friendly, efficient & courteous.

Important package left in a hotel in spain. 3 days later its in North Yorkshire and for 1/3rd of price quoted by some who gave the impression they did not want the work!
The people, yes thats right the real people, who answer the phones are helpful, knowledgeable and freindly I would highly recommend this company and will use them again without hesitation
These guys are the best in the business.
I have used them for over 15 years for all my time sensitive shipments within the UK and Worldwide. On the very odd occasion DHL or City Link have had an issue, Fast Lane have rectified the situation immediately with professionalism and the best customer service I have ever had.
