I found this site by accident while I was on the internet one day, and am I glad I did they have been most helpful/useful, thank you for all your time.
After waiting at home on three separate occasions an engineer eventually came out at 9pm (I'd been waiting since 6pm) to fix my boiler. I had no hot water or heating and the weather is awful. The engineer stayed an hour (spent most of the time on his laptop), told me it was th condense trap which he cleared and then told me it was fixed. Within 12 hours the boiler wasn't working again!! When I called wefixnow they said they would call me back. They didn't. I had to call them again. They then said that there'd were obviously other things wrong with the boiler and I'd have to pay to get the engineer to come out again!!! Don't understand this as why didn't the original engineer just do his job properly and check the whole boiler to see what the problem was? He has done nothing and I know have to find someone else to come round and pay again. Wefixnow take no responsibility and won't even offer me my money back. This means not only am I out of pocket but I also have to take another half day to wait for another engineer. Really poor and disappointing customer service. Don't use them. I am also writing to OFT about this ad it's not fair.
I can honestly recommend We Fix Now, no job is too small or too big, they provide a overall personal service and ensure customers needs are met throughout - they go above and beyond.
Called the number as my Aunt had a leak from the kitchen sink, engineer turned up on time, fixed the leak and even sorted out the dripping tap in the bathroom at no extra charge.
Also got him to quote for installing a shower which seems very reasonable.
The double RCD socket in my daughter's house was making a clicking sound. I found the details of We Fix It in the Yellow Pages and telephoned them. I stressed that it was not an emergency and they suggested they come out the next day to keep the price down. I explained what was happening and explained that the double RCD socket needed replacing. This is a simple job and should take no more than half an hour absolute maximum time. Having been caught out before I said that I was not prepared to pay for someone to go shopping for parts and was told that the electrician would have the parts in his van. I checked the cost of a new socket online - they vary from £14 - £47 retail price. I anticipated the cost of the job to be £89 for half an hour's labour + maximum of £50 for parts totalling maximum of £140. I was shocked to be billed £322.68 and to be told that I was being charged an additional hour's labour for the electrician to go and buy the part. There is a Homebase and 2 electric part wholesalers less than 5 minutes drive away and he should have had the parts with him! I refused to pay this, having been told he would have the parts in his van and said I was prepared to pay £144.68 (the price invoiced less the sum of £180 charged for the electrician going shopping). I am now being threatened with court action for not paying the full amount.
I have now got quotes from 2 other electrician's for doing this job: one was £80 inclusive and the other was £50 inclusive. My recommendation is to avoid this company.
I am delighted with the great service I have received from We Fix Now. The Engineer has just been to take away my waste disposal and replace it with a functioning half sink. Michael did a brilliant job, tested everything, took all the rubbish away and left the kitchen as clean as he found it.
The only criticism I have is being called on a Sunday lunchtime to make the appointment
I put a call in to We Fix Now as I was having a problem with my boiler. Little nervous as didn’t want to be spending loads of money I didn’t really have, but need hot water and heating at the mo so unfortunately it was necessary.
The lady I spoke with initially was really helpful and friendly and told me to expect an engineer in the next hour. 50 minutes later a polite engineer rang my door and within 30 minutes had fixed the problem. It was not as expensive as I had feared, and it was nice to know that the parts he had replaced would now be under their guarantee as apart from that the boiler was in good order.
I will definately use them again.

I have used you before for plumbing and was pleased with the service. When the plugs went downstairs and my usual electrician was not available, I rang you and you sent an electrician out the same day. The electrician traced the fault back to my kettle which I have now replaced. He only took 10 minutes and his charge was therefore reasonable. Many thanks.
I've had my downstairs loo blocked for a few days and suspected I was getting sewage seeping out under the floorboards- lovely!
Spoke to we fix now ( not the first time I've used them) and they sent a very kind engineer who was very persistent and a bit ingenious to discover what the problem was and sort it out. I hate any kind of DIY so I kept we'll out of the picture while he worked out what was going on. I am incredibly grateful that I can rely on a company that aren't going to rip me off and will actually do a good job- worth every penny (especially as I didn't have to get my hands dirty!)
I have used We Fix Now on a number of occasions for the tenanted properties I have in London and have always had an excellent service. I had constant problems with a boiler at one property and was using another contractor who could never seem to get to the bottom of the fault, after several visits and many pound notes later I decided to try we fix now who had been recommended to me by a friend. Well it took one visit at a vary reasonable rate and problem solved. I now use we fix now for all my properties regardless of the problem and love the account facilities...no more 3am calls from my tenants for me. Thank you We fix now...best call I ever made
I telephoned you at 9.30pm on a Saturday night and was surprised myself opening the door to your plumber less than an hour later. My central heating was back working shortly afterwards. Not bad all things considered.
Just wanted to say thanks to the Technician who cleared my drains on Sunday night. I'd tried and failed to sort the problem myself. His methodical approach ensured he traced the problem with the minimum disruption to my property. The neighbour was pleased too as it turned out they were experiencing problems too.
We called a plumber because we had a blocked drain and despite our efforts to clear it , my furious husband eventually gave up and called we fix now. They arrived within the hour and sorted out the drains which have not needed attention since.
Your plumber came out to stop one of my radiator's leaking. He was twenty minutes late but explained that he had been caught in traffic. He fixed the leak within 20 minutes and went on his way. Many thanks to Jane in the callcentre for being so helpful.
When I have previously used plumbers, everything has always been too much trouble. Your Martin was great. He fixed the bath quickly and then a bit of tiling was no trouble. He even eased the bathroom window. Thank you Wefixnow.
Bright, friendly and helpful call centre staff is what u want when you are in need of an electrician in an emergency. After explaining what the problem was I was reassured that an engineer would be with me within the hour. I was pleasantly surprised when the engineer arrived within 30 mins and wiped his feet at the front door..............I'm impressed :). He was professional and very knowledgable would highly recommend this service.
Engieer was very helpfull and exsplained what he was doing also the call center staff was very nice and help full. Would use this service again

I am very pleased with the service provided. I was in need of an emergency due to a burst pipe in my home. An engineer came in a short amount of time and dealt with it sufficiently. I would continue to use WeFixNow for any other problems I may have, definately highly recommended!

We had a burst pipe when we had the snow down-pour and had to get a plumber to sort it out and being a woman - I had no clue what to do. I panicked and called We Fix Now and got the plumber there in literally 25 mins. He came in, turned the water off and fixed the problem. Whilst fixing the problem the plumber cracked us up with his jokes... so by the end of it from panicky to not being able to stop lauging - great service!

From first contact with customer services through to the engineer who visited the service level was excellent and very professional and prices were agreed upon - just bear in mind that they are not cheap
I have had a succession of plumbing problems with central heating and bathroom leaks and all previous plumbers had either failed to fix the problem or made matters worse. I tried Wefixnow and was surprised at their obvious commitment to sort the problems out. I was consulted at every stage about the options open to me and given fixed prices. I can't recommend this company enough!
My third time of using Wefixnow on my rented properties and again no complaints from me or my tenants.

I used WeFixNow as a maintentenance company for one of my rented properties as a trial over the Xmas period as I was going abroad. My tenant dealt with them directly and I was updated via email throughout. An invaluable service when you cannot be contacted but I feel my properties are in safe, knowledgeable hands should an emergency occur. I wish I had found out about this service and WeFixNow sooner.
We have been extremely pleased with the work carried out by three electricians who have helped us with our electrical lighting problems - some of which have been quite complex. One of your electricians fixed a problem that we had been told was not possible to repair, it turned out to be just a matter of a simple cable connection!

I recently used We Fix Now for an urgent boiler problem. Office staff were very polite and efficient and the engineer was with me within 45 minutes. He diagnosed the problem and this was fixed straight away. I would recommend this Company, and notice from their website that they cater for all home maintenance so will definitely be contacting them again for a quote for installing my new bathroom.

The whole experience of dealing with WeFixNow has always been very good. The office staff are invariably friendly, polite nd helpful and make every effort to resolve the problem to suit the customer. When plumbers come they are knowledgeable and efficient and not only fix the problems bu explain in detail what the problem was and how they fixed it. This is very helpful when looking after managed properties.
