Good service but postage price was excessive
Arrived within 2 days of ordering but think postage price was excessive as it wasn't couriered, just Royal Mail.

Easy to use website and excellent customer care!!
I ordered 2 items and paid through paypal. I had a quick response from the company to explain that they no longer had 1 of the items and that I had only been charged for one (which I obviously checked and was right enough).
Fast postage and item was well packaged. Highly recommended!!

Good value product and good service.
I had been to many chemists in the area trying to get an ear syringe kit as it was Christmas and I couldn't hear . I couldn't get a doctors appointment so needed to sort it out myself . The product did the job and was good value . What a relief I can hear again .

no order!
i ordered and paid for my products, when invoice came the day after i found out part of order was missing, money was taken from my account and i received none of my order, emailed them and was told to check sorting office and nieghbours, i did so and emailed them back to say my order hasnt arrived, no reply so emailed again and still no reply, so they have my money and i have no goods, christmas gifts for my mother!!! no office of refund no offer of sending goods again no explaination nothing! very dissapointed

WELL priced,WELL delivered thats WELLBURY
Was looking for some hand and feet warmers for my rugby fanatics grandsons. Went on google which brought uo several companies and clicked on Wellbury,was drawn to the name. Chose the warmers through the description of the product and ordered them to be delivered by 1st class post. 2 days later they were waiting for me when I got home from work. I know my son will ask me where I got them and will defeinately recommend Wellbury. Excellant service.

As the advert says it did what it says on the tin !!
My young grandson had been suffering with nappy rash while teething, we tried everything with no sucess.
After using Cosmebby Baby Skin Protective Gentle Paste for just one day an improvemnet could be seen.
We now have a very happy little boy again.

mam bottles got my baby girl feeding better
would recommend mam bottles, my baby girl was not feeding very well but just by changing to mam bottle she's taking 5oz for the first time since she was born. she also finishes a bottle within 5 minutes rather than struggling for half an hour when she's bored. Very happy :)
