Good prices!
I have been shopping for contact lenses online for years and find your prices very good. I also received a gift in my package which was a nice surprise!
The only problem that got my attention was the delivery time which I found longer than normal.

Fast. Efficient and just what I ordered.

Quick, efficient and easy
I'm currently living in France and as my current optician does not offer postage from the UK, this makes logistics to get my contact lenses difficult. Great service, quality and value!
I have ordered contact lenses from WeLoveLenses twice now, and on both occasions my contact lenses have arrived swiftly in the mail with no hassle. The are the correct brand and strength, and also have atleast a couple of years before expiry.
The one thing I would mention is that my first order of two boxes came stacked on top of each other - they were delivered to a work address so didn't inconvenience me, however if they were delivered to your home they would not fit through the mail slot. On the second occasion that came packaged side by side and would easily fit through.

Easy service with no delivery problems at all
I ordered lenses with WeLoveLenses after finding out how cheap they were compared to the Optician equivalent I was buying. Despite the price difference the service was fantastic and extremely easy to use.

Trouble with order
I ordered my lenses in april and they didnt arrive yet, since this was the first purchase on this site I`m really dissapointed. I wrote a few e-mails and asked them if they could write my tel.nr. on the package but apparently they didnt. After 3 weeks of waiting they claim that the lenses were resent but more than a week later I still dont have them.
I`ll wait a few more days than I will ask them to just refund my money back...
Well I shouldnt write this report from work, because as soon as I got home I found that the lenses have just arrived. I also got an appologise from the welovelenses so
everything is OK now and I can raise the rating...

The only "negative" comment i'd make is that in you have to order quite a big quantity of the same product in order to benefit from a discounted price. Given the current financial conditions (crisis) many customers may find it difficult these days to stock up for such long periods.

Easy to use website, keen prices and quick delivery.
After a search of various websites I found my lenses at a competitive price with "WeLoveLenses" and placed my order. I received prompt confirmation of the order, followed a couple of days later with notification of dispatch and then after a couple more days an early morning knock on the door from the Royal Mail to deliver my lenses.
