Finger on the pulse service
Excellent service right from the moment I phoned with an initial enquiry through to delivery. I couldn't pronounce the name of the sort of drum I wanted (Cajon sounds like cahone) but they quickly worked out what I meant - ordered the colour I wanted, processed the payment and set up shipping. When it arrived they called again to let me know it was in stock and would be despatched. I then had text and email updates from the courier. Awesome service. AND! They laughed with me not AT me (I think!) when I caled the drum my partners new cahonies!

Worth the two-hour drive
There are times when you simply want to try-before-you-buy and Wembley Drum Centre is one of the few places left where this is possible. Nearly all of the drums and cymbals I have bought in the last eighteen months have been preceded by a test-drive, but that's not all.
The staff are invariably knowledgeable, hospitable and know their stuff. While I have made many purchases there, I have also been advised when something might not be suitable, and this is what keeps be coming back.
Mail order is exemplary, my only gripe is that I figure I should be on Dave Passera's Christmas card list now, but haven't made it yet.

Excellent service. Great price!
I've used Wembley drum centre for supplies before. I'm in Scotland and it can be difficult getting replacement drum parts. I phoned on the Wednesday afternoon looking for a replacement skin for my lp generation 2 bongos. The person on the phone was really helpful, managed to find the product without the part number and had it in stock. It was with me by friday for a gig on Saturday. Excellent!

Great customer service
Was able to pop into the store and was shown the product I was interested in. Was then left to just have a play around for as long as I wanted, giving me the perfect opportunity to test out the product for as long as I liked without any pressure.

Great shopping experience !!
We all know that shopping on line is not as good as visiting a shop , you cannot
see / hear / try the item before puchase but Wembley Drum Centre is as good as it gets !!
I recently purchased a DW performance kit and two L arms for my drum rack.
Everything arrived on time and was well packaged. Photo's don't do the Titanium finish
kit justice --- it is superb,and the drums were tuned !! Thank's again Wembley Drum *****

Good experience time after time.
Prefer the experience of Wembley Drum Centre to that of immediate competition such as Drumwright, Reading. Not to under-mine Drumwright as it many ways it's a good store, good stocks and "some" good people.
At WDC, I always like Andy and Roy's help and advice. No pressure to buy unecessary items. I've worked in stores such as Footes in London.............effectively, WDC provides the best of both (DWright, Footes). Good knowledge from "working" drummers who listen to your needs. Good stock levels and the store is also consistently well presented.
Always a pleasure going to WDC (good example of no ego store - don't know about the Guitar Centre upstairs although wouldn't want to speculate given the nature of the instrument sold :)))

easily the best drum shop in the uk
My 14 year old son wanted to upgrade his drum kit, we looked at prices on the net and found Wembley drum center to be very competitive. We turned up early on Saturday and had a very warm welcome from the staff. We were encouraged to play different makes, at no time were we under any pressure to purchase. After 1 hour we came away with a great drum kit at a good price.

A great Company to deal with
To start with i came up from Cornwall looking for a new drum kit on entering the shop i felt like a kid in a sweet shop there were drums everywhere the staff were not pushy and let me have a good look around when i decided on the drums i wanted they set them up in a room for me to try.
I found the all the staff i talked to were very knowledgeable about the drums etc and most helpful .
The drums were well packed I had them delivered to Cornwall the next day.
My experience of dealing with Wembley Drum centre is 10 out of 10

Great service, polite, helpful, knowledgeable.
I was looking for a new snare drum and had a couple in mind. When I spoke to the staff (I dealt with James for the majority of my experience) I was offered not only the drums I'd considered but various other snares to try out too.
There was no pressure/restriction on time in the practice room and everything was dealt with professionally and courteously.
Will definitely use them again.

Straightforward Service

Slow delivery of parts
Having ordered a part off the internet the unit took weeks to come. I did get a friendly update by email but only when I prompted them. I would hesitate to buy from them again unless I know the part is in stock.

user friendly
The site was easy to use and the delivery came quickly. I thought there was a piece missing and phoned customer service and they very politely went through the options [it turned out that it wasn't missing - just that I hadn't looked properly]. From my point of view I was very impressed that I was not patronised or mocked. It was my mistake but I was not left feeling silly.

perfect pedal protection
Just bought a Tourline double bass drum pedal bag and it is even better than I expected. The interior is fully padded and lined with black faux fur which along with the removable dividing wall protects and secures my pedals perfectly. In addition to this, the two carrying options - hand held or shoulder strap - makes what can be a cumbersome bit of kit a comfortable to carry. I would definitely recommend this bag.

not a happy bunny!!!!!!!
bought and paid for a blue yamaha fusion kit on line when it arrived not only was it a black kit but the sizes were all wrong as they had sent a rock kit?? why god only knows. so to be able to play on the sat night sat morn i drove over two hundred miles round trip to exchange the kit at todays fuel prices i would have thought that as the mistake was totaly their fault they would have offered some sort of compensation but they never even offered a pair of drumsticks!!! so i will not be using them again

Always got the stock
I'm impressed that you generally have the stock but you're not always the best price. Would come back though for smaller stuff but on bigger orders it's worth shopping round.

Reliable service and quick when items I stock
Great selection of products, amazing Internet prices so no point spending cash in shop unless urgent.
They can do next day delivery if required bit charge £20 for it so unless you are buying something pricey it may not be worth it.

Great Product Range, Great Delivery
I've been shopping at WDC for years. Great product range. Great delivery, you get to choose your delivery slot, text confirmation and then confirmation on the day with a very specific time.
In store, there are good sound booths for making noise on things

Very organised.
I have dealt with Wdc on three orders over the last two years and the whole process is very easy.
The website is well organised and easy to use and the information about when to expect your order is detailed and helpful.
Cannot comment on what they are like face to face as all orders have been on the internet but the online shopping experience has been good.

First store I go to, every time.
I've ordered quite a lot from this company, from large items such as a brand new 6-piece drum kit right down to smaller items like cymbal felts and guitar strings (from their equally reputable Guitar Centre). Regardless of my order it is always shipped to me well-protected and in perfect condition in a matter of days.
I've never had any problems with this company. Their range of stock, combined with their excellent one-to-one customer service has me recommending Wembley Drum/Guitar/PA/Keyboard Centre to any musicians I know.

Brilliant service, friendly and a pleasure to deal with !!!
I chose to buy using the 0% finance option upon checkout, and it took less than a minute to be processed. Then my order was at my door with 48hrs (Northern Ireland).
Highly recommended these guys to my friend, who in turn placed an order through their guitar shop, for a les paul standard and blackstar head, and again on the ball !!!

Quick and Easy... Giggidy...
I placed an order for some gloves and they came through a lot quicker than I was expecting. The gloves unfortunately split within an hour of use, but the advice and directions given by the team were helpful and friendly. I'm still waiting to hear back from them on the situation but it was handled professionally and quickly. I shall definitely be ordering from them again in future.

Harvey's drums
I often purchase drum vouchers for my grandson, Harvey Hush, aged 10. He has his own set of drums and loves visiting Wembley Drum centre for his next purchase. Last time he bought a new snare drum.I think this will be a lifelong hobby as he has drum lessons and plays percussion in a concert band. A visit to the drum centre is always a pleasure for the family, and the staff are very helpful.
