Best music shop in London
This is definitely the best place to buy a guitar in London. Staff are relaxed, friendly and helpful, and they have a nice sound room to try guitars out in. They also stock a wide selection, the displays are neat and pro-looking as they should be (Tin Pan Alley take note!) and they have unusual stuff (unusual for London in any case) like Fender strings.
To sum it up in a nutshell, I wanna live there!

Wembley Music is fantastic.
They are very friendly and attended to us promptly each time we visited them. They always try their best to assist in which ever way they can which makes one feels at home even a shop.

When I first visited the store, I knew what I was looking for but needed some more info which was then provided for by the staff helping me. It made my choice easier and clearer which just encouraged me to enjoy my shopping. Great place to get musical instruments. Go for it!

Oh no!
I recently purchased a large bass amp from the guitar store upstairs. I paid over £800 for the product which worked and sounded beautiful. Our fans loved how the dynamics of our performances improved. Unfortunately, two months later, the silver and black beast fell ill with the stress of touring. At first I thought that the valve had gone so I phoned up the Wembley guitar store and asked them to hopefully fix my Amp head under the warranty. They accepted, and I drove with hopes held as high as the UEFA Champions League Cup, all the way to scenic Wembley, the home of football, the x factor and St. Andrew's Presbyterian Church. This was on the 10th April, a good day. Micky Flanagan was just preparing his show in the Wembley Arena. I dropped of my amp to a young whipper snapper with a large smile and a steady brow. By all means a trust-able guy. So dedicated, was he, to his career in sales he managed to tempt my eye with a couple of Microphones. I didn't purchase these, 'not on a first date' I though to myself. The young lad told me, nay, he promised me my amp and my love of thumping bass would be back within just two weeks. Mesmorized, I ran as fast as I could all the way home. and I waited. and waited. and waited. I had been stood up. I cried. "How could you do this to me? Wembley Guitar Centre/Korg UK?! We could have had something special?! You were the chosen one?!" now, Star Wars III aside, heartbroken that Disney are making the movies, I have come to realize that I may never jack into my lovely HARTKE LH500 again? Where is it? Its been like a month. I now know that my young sales buff has eloped with my one true love. In a Charley Sheen mixed with Russel Brand kind of way he used me. I feel filthy.

Would'nt shop anywhere else. Only a small handfull of visits before the staff know you by name and greet you not just as a customer, but as a mate. 5* service upon every visit. Highly recomended! : )

Final stop for Frum issues!
Wondering where to get professional help, without feeling they are trying to sell you any stuff no matter what, you wanna go to Wembley Music Centre. These guys know their stuff, and you can find pretty much anything you need when it ones to drums.

Let me tell you...
Ordered a guitar via the web site and the process was quick and easy. I selected to pay for the guitar with 0% finance (sweet deal) and this process was also easy to get through. However...
When selecting the finance option you can only get your item delivered to your billing address, in my case my home in North London. Sent an email asking to deliver it to my work address and called the store only to be told that it had to be delivered at my home address.
Took a half day from work to be there when the guitar arrived, 10 minutes after I got home got a phone call from a colleague telling me that my guitar got delivered to work!!!!
Not the best customer experience to be honest with you...

I cannot fault them, excellent all round.
Great prices, quick delivery and a first class service. I'll definitely be using them again. The item I wanted was much cheaper than with all other sellers I could find and even though the item wasn't in stock when purchased, I still received it within a week. The delivery service was excellent and I was kept up to date with every stage.

The staff have, in my experience, always been very helpful and knowledgeable about the products and services they sell, and willing to 'go the extra mile' to make sure that the customer gets what they need. Would always go there as my first choice for guitars and drums, and often recommend to friends/colleagues.

Good communication and service
I ordered from their site because they were the cheapest place to get the bass pedal I wanted and it came with a free carry bag to boot. Upon arrival the bag was missing so I contacted them straight away and they informed me that the bag no longer came with the pedal...but they did their best and sent me one anyway. Their service, good manner and in going above the service required I would now recommend them to anyone.

one of the best guitar shops in London
Brought a Schecter blackjack atx solo 6 for 740 pound, one of the most surprising guitars i've played. I own a ltd viper limited edition EMG 81/60, which is dwarfed by the seymour duncan blackouts on my new schecter.
Webley guitar centre guitars have the best initial set up i've ever played. perfect intonation, string height and nut grooves, clean and stays perfectly in tune. The guitar sounded amazing through jvm 410 and 1960A cab.
If you're going to go and buy guitar, check out this place. you get your bloody moneys worth, and a great service.

Bob's your uncle and an adaptor's your aunt.
I first came upon Wembley Guitar Centre when I was looking for something to connect the mains power supply I have for effects pedals to a non-standard pedal.
I found the product I thought I was looking for, sent an email explaining what I needed and promptly received confirmation that the product I had been looking at was what I was looking for. The staff member who replied to my email said he used it - no better confirmation than that! I bought the adaptor.
A few months later, I bought a very old pedal that didn't have any mains input, just the connection for a 9V battery. Back to Wembley Guitar Centre and got sorted with an adaptor to connect my mains adaptor to the 9V battery thingy. Win!
I live in Birmingham, so I've not actually been into the store, but my online dealings with them have been very pleasant and efficient, so I do hope to visit the store when I get the chance!

Fantastic Customer Service
I used Wembley Drum Centre to order my new DW drum kit and nothing was to much trouble. I emailed them details of what i wanted and re-emailed with different information to find out price differences and i always had a response with in an acceptable time period. Highly recommended!!! A++++
