I always choose Wesley Chapel Honda. The people are fantastic and the service is excellent. They are courteous, honest and respectful. Some people have a horrible time with mechanics, I haven't found this to be true at Wesley Chapel Honda. The service personnel strive to create relationships with customers. This, in turn, guarantees return customers. I feel genuinely welcomed and my business is appreciated. I have an older model (2002) and they have never tried to oversell any parts or unnecessary labor. I like the Mikes (plural-- how is it that there are like 3 Mikes that work in one shop?) These guys are very sweet and are knowledgeable. Yesterday, I went in and was helped by Tito Guzman who was great and very personable. Fixing a car is expensive and usually a hassle but when I go to Wesley Chapel Honda, I know it's going to be fine and altogether pleasant experience.
We have been shopping around for a couple months pricing cars knowing we would be buying in November. We were getting discouraged with what was out there and especially the sales men. By the time we got to Wesley Chapel Honda after first contacting them online we met Alphonse. We were at the stand offish point but Alphonse won us over. He listened to what we were needing and gracefully steered us in a different direction. So now I am the proud owner of a new Honda Fit. I know for the next 100,000 miles I am covered for everything bumper to bumper. I have the space of an SUV ( which is what I originally thought I wanted ) but phenomenal gas mileage in a cute package that handles great. Thanks Alphonse for being patient with us!! Kath
So I totaled my 2012 Honda Pilot....t-boned, rolled 3 times! The safety of this vehicle is amazing! All the curtain airbags and seat airbags went off on impact saving me from some real serious injuries! Our insurance guy totaled it the same day. After the 24 Hour hospital stay we went straight to Wesley Chapel Honda. We met Wes our salesman as we walked in the door. We told him our story and let him know we wanted another Pilot. They had black and silver (the 2012 totaled one was silver). My husband explained my first choice was the Charcoal Grey. Wes made calls to several other dealerships in an attempt to find this color. He said he found one and asked us to come back in about 3-4 hours. Upon returning to Wesley Chapel Honda, We met Wes coming around the corner. He had driven all the way to Bradenton to get my Pilot. This is above and beyond what any salesman has ever done! Not only did Wes stay after the dealership closed, Brad our finance guy stayed as well. So the Friday after my accident I was driving my 2013 Honda Pilot home! Oh, the courteous folks and the coffee & cookies are awesome too! AWESOME...AWESOME...AWSOME!!!!
I recently leased a 2013 Civic, Anthony Capers was my sales person. Anthony was professional, informative, respectful and made the entire experience enjoyable. This is my third Honda from this dealership, their service is exceptional, I would not hesitate to recommend this dealership.
Arrived on time for the appointment - was met promptly, vehicle was taken to the service department, promptly. In a few minutes, Gary showed me the inspection sheet and informed me that my battery failed its test. He said the battery would be replaced at no charge to me and he would have me on my way within 20 minutes! He did, and I thanked him very much! Gary is an excellent representative of the service staff at Wesley Chapel Honda.
They recommended changing one of my fluids but the factory said it was not needed for another 7000 miles. They also changed my air filters 6 months ago at a ridiculous price and recommended they be changed again when I haven't driven more than 5000 miles since then and when I looked at the filter is was clean. I am fairly new with Wesley Chapel Honda but will get my car serviced elsewhere. They are very friendly but that does not make up for being untrustworthy. 8/19/13 I went back to Wesley Chapel Honda concerning a new problem and a promise that they would work the problem out. After discussions they went out of their way to fix the problem with no additional costs to me. The service adviser and his manager were very pleasant to deal with and my trust has been renewed. I believe in giving second chances and they have now proven themselves. Taking both situations under re-review I will now raise my rating on the company with further reviews after future visits.
they make you feel like you matter, and i never worry about whether or not i can trust them. Mike Camerino goes out of his way to help every way he can! I trust them with my car, and would feel great with them helping any of my family and friends..
Our 2008 Honda Pilot began making an unusual noise. We took the vehicle in late one afternoon for "diagnosis" and were told that it was the power steering pump. We left the vehicle overnight for repair and were called the next morning to let us know the vehicle was ready.
When we arrived, the service personnel went to get our vehicle and immediately came back in and told my husband that the noise was still present. Now, we need to wait to have further work done (this time it is supposedly the alternator).
So, we have a new power steering pump (for $600) and a vehicle that is still making the same noise that it was originally taken in for service with. They now want to charge us an additional exorbitant amount of money for a new part that may or may not be the source of the noise. This is like going to the doctor with abdominal pain, being told it's your gallbladder and having surgery to remove the gallbladder, only to find out you have a ruptured appendix!
We have been Honda customers for over 20 years, and this is by far THE WORST dealership service center we have ever been to. If they want to make it right, they'll admit that they messed up their "diagnosis" and make the necessary repairs for no charge and refund us what has already been paid as compensation for time, energy, lost hours at work, and aggravation.
Bought a new Odyssey minivan and have taken it in twice - once for routine maintenance, once for a recalled airbag check. Both times I was able to schedule my appointment online, they were ontime, efficient and hassle free. I was able to wait for my vehicle where they provide free WiFi, coffee, TV, etc. Great environment, great service!
Mike let me in at 7:00am knew just what service was needed and got me out in less than an hour. Just waiting for the New Urban CRV coming out next year, can't wait! Love my 2012 CRV best car we have ever owned! Great car and a Great Dealership! Thanks Mike
I have had such excellent service at Wesley Chapel Honda, that I was surprised to see the post that someone had a bad experience. My service guy, Mike Spitzig, is extremely attentive, professional, and courteous. Upfront, he lets me know what is expected. Then if something else has to be checked, serviced or repaired, he finds me right away to let me know. I love the way he sits down on my level and discusses any thing that needs to be done to the Odyssey. Even though I have been using Wesley Chapel Honda for service over the last 2 years, he still makes sure I am directed to the waiting area and coffee station. At the end, he finds me, takes me to cashier to sign out, brings my van around and comes back to let me know exactly where my van is waiting for me. I love feeling like I am so important that he takes the time to provide excellent service all the while handling multiple clients! Honestly, I don't know how he keeps it up, but as long as he is my service guy, I will continue to use Wesley Chapel Honda for service.
We took our car there for service, went to the counter to pay our 600.00 worth of service. no one said wait here, we will bring your car, no one said wait over there by the door, we will bring your car. nothing, they just left us standing. we ASSUMED and you know what they say about that, that SOMEONE would bring our car, nope. 5 minutes later, I asked the girl at the pay counter where we pick our car up, she said, "didn't you get the keys?" no I said, we haven't gotten our car, where do we pick it up? she said "maybe the keys are still in the file?" I asked her again where we would pick up our car, she was clueless. I said never mind thanks, and proceeded over to one of 4 guys standing around and asked them where our car was, cody, went over to the pay counter girl and asked her for the keys, they didn't have them after about 5 minutes of running around, cody asked us what kind of car we were driving as he walked by us, we said a Honda, which he snickered at. I asked him what was so funny! he then asked us our name so he could look it up on his computer. Now I realize that when we answered Honda, it was a stupid answer, but when you have a customer who is a little upset because no one seems to know what they are doing, you do not laugh at them! I finally went to the girl at the front desk as you come in and asked to speak to a manager, she called but could not produce one, no one answered her call. she apologized for our problem, and then low and behold, here comes or car, finally. What a fiasco! My husband drives a Toyota through work, and their system at the one right across the highway is so much smoother, and they know what they are doing, never have to ask "where is my car, or where do I pick it up" so even though we have a Honda, I do believe Toyota will be more than happy to work on it for us in the future.
We felt so at ease and welcomed. Justin Hann introduced us to Michael Tucker, who did a superb job of showcasing us our new 2013 Honda Accord white orchid "Pearl". That is her name. We loved the fact that Mike showed us everything about the outside of the car prior to opening the doors and seeing the class of the interior. We were impressed with his knowledge and expertise of cars of different makes. We were extremely happy with the service in each department of Wesley Chapel Honda. It was well worth the drive from Brandon, Florida. It will be well worth the drive to service our "Pearl" long down the road.
I swear I wasn't paid to write this review although it will probably appear so lol. We have never experienced such ease in a car buying experience. We had the awesome luck of dealing with Patrick Jones just last night 10/31/12, this gentleman is extremely personable, professional and courteous. We felt no pressure from him to get into a vehicle that was uncomfortable for our budget, he understood our challenges of being upside down in our previous vehicle and helped us to make a decision that was right for OUR situation based on the factors that we provided him about 1. What we wanted to spend monthly and 2. What we had available for a down payment. Understanding that we are working people Patrick made himself available for my phone calls to set the deal up. When Patrick called me back after he completed the financing and approval leg work for me his only question was how soon can you get here? there was no additional haggling about price either on that phone call or when we arrived. We could not have asked for better assistance or service. Wesley Chapel Honda has a lifetime customer thanks to Patrick, the finance team Matt specifically and all the other wonderful staff.
I recently purchased my first car from Wesley Chapel Honda and at first I was a bit skeptic since I had heard nothing but horror stories about "car dealerships" but I must say I am very happy with my interaction with every one at Wesley Chapel Honda. I purchased my car from Del and all I can say is thank you! He made the whole thing very easy on me, and took the time to explain how everything worked. Nothing like the stories I heard.
I had an awesome experience at Wesley chapel Honda! Del Martin was my salesman and he was amazing. He was funny and made us comfortable. He explained everything thoroughly and he was fantastic. I'll tell all my friends and family of this great experience!!! Thank you Del.
Sales consultant, Bruce Dunhoft, was extremely helpful, friendly, patient and accommodating (even in the rain)! His insight and knowledge of the car industry was invaluable and made my car purchase a very enjoyable experience! This is how its suppose to be!
