If you're after top range DJ tools and kit to make a launch pad into the mixing scene, this has to be one of the best places to start. Great range, great service and an excellent site to browse through it's catalogue of products. If I became a DJ Consultant, this would be the starting point I'd advise. Highly recommended!

Recently made an order which would normally be a trip from hell, bought a faulty pair of cans (amongst other things) and got them sorted out with no hassle. Really fast and efficient service online. The staff instore are great too, friendly and knowledgeable. took the time to answer my questions without trying to sell me anything, which gains mega brownie points. Would I recommend? Go to Westend DJ good Prices, Large stock, and promt personal service, their Staff are switched on, and will go out of their way to make shure you get what you want,
I have bought items from their shop, online, and their stand at BPM, never a problem just First Class Service,

Cheerful and efficiently done.

They were happy, helpful and sorted my order fast and efficiently with no fuss. Some of their prices are higher than competetors but if their price was competitive or good value I would recommend purchasing from them next time is visit BPM.

Reloop Beatmix Controller

I bought this off Westend Dj at the BPM show in October and have had nothing but problems with it from the start. It just doesnt perform as it should with freezing issues. My laptop works fine without if im DJing. To be honest i just cant be arsed to go to the shop and return it as i'll get the usual bullshit from the sales staff trying to mess me around, so will sell on Ebay.
So in my opinion- Rubbish..

We aim to provide the best after sales service we can, given the opportunity.
Controllers and computers don't always get along and our staff will spend hours with customers if needed to get their purchases working.

If you don't feel you want to speak to our staff, you can always get help from Virtual DJ or from Reloop directly, but we are always here to help.

Used these guys a few times they are a great company

Had quite Few orders from these guys over the last few years. Get what I need at a good price every time.

Polite, genuine people really nice company

Genuine nice people, great deals and bargains, gave me loads of advice about ableton, and how to use the software.

If you are looking to buy dj equipment I would highly recommend you go to westend dj first due to there, customer relations and great deals.

Quick, easy service

Purchased my Traktor S2 from these guys at the BPM Show in Birmingham. Quick, easy and efficient service while even being happy to keep my purchase behind the desk so that I didn't have to carry it around. Great service.

Great service and advice

Went into the West End shop, although not huge had plenty of gadgets to play with. Really friendly atmosphere there too.

I thought I knew what I wanted, but then as the guy quizzed me about what I wanted it for, he pointed out I only needed a lead!

Any other shop would have probably ripped me off and sold me what I thought I needed...

Since then I've been back a few times and they've been great, always seem to have the latest DJ toys out there to play with!
