Unbelievable service and delivery time
I ordered my wetsuits and booties Thursday night Australia east coast time. They were delivered in Port Macquarie on Monday morning. Everything was as I ordered. I can't get stuff locally that quick let alone from the UK and at such a competitive price.
Thanks for the great service. I'll definitely use again.

Fabulous service
What a nice company to deal with. Its not what a company does necessarily when things go right that matte, its what they do when things dont go according to plan. In this case I bought a suit that didnt quite fit me right. Entriely my problem, but they happily exchanged my purchase with no question of a grumble. It was a pleasure to deal with Jeff.

Fantastic service and excellent value
The Wetsuit Centre website is easy to use and has a really wide choice and great offers. I bought 3 wetsuits - one for an average sized 13 year old, one for a slim 15 year old and one for me and 3 rash vests. The order arrived within a few days. The boys suits and vests are an excellent fit. My rash vest was substituted for a perfectly good alternative. My Billabong Ladies Launch 2mm Small shortie was really difficult to get into and out of due to a very short zip down the back. I am 5'7" and size 8-10. I preferred the style of my sons O´Neill Kids Reactor 2mm Shortie. So I returned my Billabong shortie and ordered a girls O´Neill Kids Reactor 2mm Shortie aged 16 years instead. This suit arrived within 3 days and is a perfect fit. It is also £15 cheaper so hopefully I will receive a refund in the next week or so. So you can see that the service has been excellent and we are all set for snorkelling and surfing now!

First Time On-Line
Contacted these guys about the suitability of a suit they had at a large discount. Asked if the sizes they had left suited me, and they were honest and quick with the info. Ordered the suit and had it with me in no time flat. Tried it on, and it fit like a wetsuit should. First time I have ever ordered a suit on-line, as not sure of fit. But would use these guys again.
Only drawback was the courier company. But that has nothing to do with the Wetsuit centre. I replied to the delivery text 3 times regarding change of date. An option they gave me. And it still turned up the day I asked them not to.

This wetsuit jacket kicks ass!
just received my new wet suit jacket. got here super quick from UK to Australia no probs at all. took it out for its first early morning sesh, super light weight and easy to paddle in barley noticed it at all.
props to the UK wet suit center for making in happen and rip curl for making a rad wet jacket!... and i think i look pretty good in it too haha

Daughter needed a wetsuit fast! Never had one before so rang for advice. Gave measurements, was advised on correct size, and perfect suit was delivered speedily by 1st class post for only £1.95. Can't ask for more than that! Excellent. Would highly recommend.

good quality of products, cheap prices, easy payment and quick delivery...
First, thanks to the possibility of PayPal-payment (although the exchange-rate and the charges aren´t that funny ;), it was really easy to order at wetsuitcentre, even for a german dude! The prices were damn cheap as compared to european standards and the delivery by DPD worked perfectly. Got my suit 4 days after order - nice!!! One article didn´t hit the order-list, but it was equal stuff just made by another brand. So, taken as a whole, i am very satisfied with my purchase and would absolutely recommend wetsuitcentre.co.uk to my friends! Keep it up!!!

great prices, shame the wrong size was delivered
I ordered an "XL" shorty wetsuit. I received an "xxl". Frustrating, as the order sheet stated that I had ordered a "XL"

The ordering process was easy, but was let down by the delivery
Having ordered a specific product that was shown as 'in stock' the reality appears to suggest that the product wasn't available at all. Delivery was delayed, possibly because the Wetsuit Centre was having difficulty in obtaining the item - and the product should have been listed as 'out of stock'. I found this misleading. When a company is honest, it becomes trusted, so this aspect needs addressing by the company.
To be fair to the Wetsuit Centre they did resolve the issue with a product that was improved over the version I ordered - but I needed to chase them by phone to achieve this - there was no pro-active communication. Friendly, good natured service by phone and an apology set the record straight and delivery was made the day after the call. So perhaps it's just the online business that needs some attention.
