As a non-sailor, I needed advice on buying a dry-suit for my husband. Despite trawling Internet, I could not find the suit I had been advised to get anywhere and called Wetsuit Outlet. The first person I spoke to had really practical knowledge, talked me through my requirements, advised me on sizes and required accessories. (Even told me what I didn't need to buy - no attempt to oversell.)
The Dry-suit was ordered over the 'phone, confirmed by e-mail before I hung up, and using only 'standard' delivery, it arrived well-packaged the following day (despite Christmas mail issues), with an offer to return any unsuitable goods without quibble.
First class service, professional advice, excellent delivery time and above all - a top quality product (Gul drysuit, fleece and boots) - and considerably cheaper than I could find it anywhere else.
Will shop here first every time! First class

Excellent service
As a commercial user working in harsh conditions I tend to get through a lot of kit, so I was looking for a suitable replacement for my 5mm full steamer. The price and quality of this suit is superb, it has already been put to the test with descents of canyons on Ben Nevis and other local canyons and will be out on the river rafting later in the week.
Good quality suit, super warm, although benefits from a small rash vest beneath, the service from the Wetsuit Outlet cant be faulted.

This suit was bought for my Grandson who has just taken up surfing,although he has always borrowed on from the Boarding School he attends, this wetsuit is part of a bundle for his Birthday.
He managed to used it last week end in Cornwall and was over joyed with it.

I needed help at finding the right size of my wetsuit, and Gill was very fast at answering and recommending a size for my meassures. And the suit fits perfectly :D

Good prices, reasonable wetsuit
I visited Wetsuitoutlet shop to ensure I could get a wetsuit that would fit me (I'm 6'2" & 16 St). The shop had some good bargins (I also bought a brash vest and a Henri Lloyd jacket - at a great price).
The staff were very friendly and attentive BUT there was only 1 till/computer availabe and a queue of people wanting to pay or get further attention from the staff.
I appreciate that they may only open the shop for a Saturday but another computer/till and possibly another salesperson would make a good service great,

I've used the wetsuit outlet twice in the last few weeks to get myself kitted out for a sailing course.
On both occassions I found the website easy to use, the information available really useful, the product range excellent and the products really good value.
The ordering process was simple and the goods turned up within a few days. What more can you ask for?

I wanted a wetsuit for my 4 yr old grandson and had found something that looked suitable online. But rang Wetsuit Outlet as I wasn't confident it would be right. I think I spoke to Liz who couldn't have been more helpful. She gave me lots of time to ask questions and check things out and there was absolutely no hard sell. I took her advice as to size and the wetsuit arrived 2 days later as promised. It looks the biz and I'm sure Corey will be nagging to get into it on his next visit. Ordered Sunday Despatched Monday Received Tuesday!!!
Having looked at various sites on the Internet I found the perfect shortie wetsuit for my 14 year old daughter who had outgrown her current suit.
The sizing guide made it very easy to order the correct size for her measurements. I placed my order on Sunday afternoon amd received a confirmation email. On Monday i received an email to say that the wetsuit had been despatched via Royal Mail.
On Tuesday evening I came home from work and the wetsuit had been delivered.
I would thoroughly recommend Wetsuitoutlet to anybody. Their prices are very competitve and their service is second to one.

We bought a Gul drysuit from Wetsuitoutlet for our son, to try and get him into the water a little earlier this year as the weather has just not been good enough to warm the water. The drysuit is really good quality and the price was the lowest I could find. Delivery was also very quick. In all the purchase was a smooth transaction and we would definitely use Wetsuitoutlet again.
