Ordered a wetsuit online, got a call the following day by a friendly bloke, I think his name was Matt, who stated they didn't have my size in stock so offered a slightly more expensive wetsuit instead but at the same price. That's customer service!
Now my first stop for my surfing needs...
Bit of an annoying mix up with delivery but that was Parcel Force's mistake NOT wetsuitoutlet.
