Unfortunately the website was playing up when I ordered so I rang the sales desk instead. They couldn't have been more helpful and friendly. The gloves were dispatched the same day are arrived the following day - much to my amazement as they were sent Royal Mail. I will definitely be using them again

No problems at all...
The wetsuit I ordered arrived brand new, sealed and with the Billabong warranty. It arrived in 4 days without going somewhere else. The service was impecable, shipment was made with DHL and in the was a great price for the suit I ordered.

Recently purchased 2 drysuits for my husband and myself, already well discounted, when I cheekily asked for a discount I was immediately offered two pairs of crewsaver dinghy boots,. Went for free delivery actually arrived within 48hrs, funnily enough on the morning the county was gripped in 15cm of snow! Unfortunately my suit was two large crewsaver small, Gill went beyond helpful and actually went to the warehouse and measured the other drysuits against this one, called back several times until we found a junior Musto that fitted the bill. I would not hesitate in recommending this company, and will defiantly use them again well done team!!!!

Bad customer service
When everyone else refunded express delivery costs due to snow, Wetsuit Outlet didnt and I waited a week for my "express delivery." Apart from one day when the children were off school, I was out taking them to school, Royal Mail made it here every day as did other courier companies. I wouldn't use them again as they refused to refund my express delivery cost which I feel is bad customer service. When I complained they said the weather wasnt their fault, but hey is wasnt mine either and I'm the customer.
Product is great but I'll be looking elsewhere for future orders for our sailing kit.

Just i would recommend to advance your e-mail report. I didn´t get a message when the packet arrived. Thats better if you want to pick it up from a friends place. With in that, it would be completly perfect. ;)

I am now warm and stay dry in or out of the water in winter.
I haven't yet immersed myself in water to test for leakage/seepage, but it so far the drysuit has exceeded expectations.
I bought a Xlarge size for two reasons although it is a bit long for my height (NB I am male):
I) I like outer clothing to be on the large size so that I can wear more underneath and movement is unrestricted.
2) I have broad shoulders and wide hips (Not a large stomach.....yet, please note).
The Xlarge size is not too large on me bearing in mind 1) above.
3) The front zip allows me to overcome 'inconvenient convenience' problems associated with a rear zip. I have bought a 'Shewee' at the suggestion of a female paddling companion to assist in this, particularly in the cold.
4) Being an Xlarge size and therefore long in the 'body' I have found I have to be careful to ensure the zip is fully open to take it off (I didn't do this the first time and was well and truly trapped until I asked a stranger out for walk to help and she pointed out my error out to me).
My experience so far with this drysuit would lead me to recommend it whole-heartedly.
