Outstanding Customer Service
I had been looking for an amp & speakers to improve the audio from my pc, and after identifying a likely combo, I risked a web question to Weybridge Audio asking if they were compatible. I got a response back within 2 hours giving me all the help I needed. I opted to buy both items from the same company, and was continually impressed with the service I received. My amp, for whatever reason, decided to die over easter, but after arranging collection of the old one, the replacement arrived the very next day. I would certainly use them again!

It was cheaper than elsewhere, and had free next-day delivery. Too good to be true, I thought.

Just ordered a Bose companion 20 over the net. Really simple ordering process. Recieved order acknowledgment really quickly then recieved delivery details complete with tracking number. This was our first purchase from Weybridge Audio. We placed the order and within 24 hours we had received the headphones. The item was sent by Special Delivery even though no charge was made for postage. We cannot fault the service, and the price of the Bose headphones was the cheapest on Amazon. This company blows the competition out of the water. If you are looking for quality products at the best price (and believe me, I did a lot of research on the net on before I ordered) with free, lightning speed delivery do not look further. I saw the Bose speakers that I wanted, ordered them, and the package in my hands the next day as promised. Its not often you get service like this - its a credit to the guys at Weybridge Audio. From start to finish, the whole experience was excellent. The staff were friendly and helpful when I rang with a problem, the delivery was virtually immediate, and the goods spot on. I had a problem with my online credit card payment, and they were extraordinarily patient and helpful with sorting it out. If only all shops could be like this.

Have recently purchased a Sony Bravia television from Weybridge Ausio, I would just like to say the service was wonderful so helpful, not pushy and they understood my needs and budget.
I am now due to upgrade the home cinema and I will be buying from here.
Can I just add that the television was the same price as the huge superstores, but here a blu ray player was included in the price as well, so that saved me £140.00+

Not only was the price of my headphones the cheapest i'd found online, they arrived the next day perfectly packaged via Special Delivery. technically sound advice
technically know their stuff - Luke was spot on, and went out of his way to reconfirm the zeppelin's non-air capability with the manufacturer - that's what I call service. Friendly, sound, impartial advice - liked that Luke went further to advise of other products ie dlan devices.
Only downer was that the other sales guy on the day seemed rather muted and not very engaged or helpful - would have like him to be a bit more engaging.
