I don't normally leave reviews but the customer service at weybridge audio is fantastic I ordered Wednesday afternoon and received my item Thursday morning I sent an email about a missing part from my purchase and responded very quickly and then got b&w to send the part direct to me, which arrived the day after The price I paid was the best on the internet, they will be my first stop evert time I want audio visual from now on
I was impressed by the service I received from Weybridge Audio recently. I needed to change the address after I had placed the order, and the staff were excellent at liaising with the courier to do this for me and phoned me back to update me the same day. Package arrived as promised, all in all a very efficient transaction. Would consider buying from Weybridge Audio again.
These guys are so helpful. They kept us up to date with the status of our order and offered free advice about products. This is the kind of hi-fi specialists who will never be replaced by the big guys who can only tell you what you can read for yourself on the box!! Thanks again x

I bought a Libratone Zipp for my husband's birthday and chose Weybridge Audio simply because of their ZIPP50 code offer, which made them the cheapest available at the time. It was delivered free the next day - so far so good. However when my husband came to use it, it froze and was eventually discovered to be faulty. Weybridge and Libratone between them, diagnosed, solved and replaced the item within the same day and even offered my husband a free cover of his choice for his trouble. It's this kind of attention to detail and quality of customer service that will turn us into repeat customers. Thanks Weybridge Audio for making my husbands birthday a happy one!
I phoned up Weybridge Audio to enquire about a product I had seen online. All my questions were answered and they were very friendly. Delivery of the product was quick and the item is as described. Full marks!
I had listened to the Zeppelin Air on several occasions and was resigned to spending £500 on a brand new model (with lightning connection). Having shopped around for a rectified Zeppelin Air (30 pin) all retailers who advertised at £299 had sold out but had not updated their website accordingly. One large retailer had them available at £399. Weybridge advertised at £299 and guaranteed free next day delivery if ordered before 1pm. Sure enough it arrived at 11am next morning. The item was very securely packaged and was in pristine condition.
I am even happier with the sound quality than I had hoped to be. I do not miss having the lightning connection as the Air function delivers good sound quality (although some experts have reported that Air compromises the measured sound quality). Listening through iTunes & Spotify with my iPad is easy and it has been mooted that the next generation will dispense with the docking facility completely.
One slight glitch (more to do with B&W) is that their manual specifies using an ethernet cable for the set up process. Weybridge customer service said they did not believe the Air needed an etehrnet connection but arranged for B&W to send me one. As it turns out Weybridge were on the button as the manual is out of date and there is now a free App to download for the initial set up.
All in all I recommend Weybridge Audio without reservation.
These people are incredible! From the placing of the order to receipt was flawless. The shipping was the best experience I've ever had. Received text messages letting me know exactly when my package would be delivered. Will certainly be buying my electronic goods from Weybridge in the future. Can't recommend enough!

I went online looking for a bargain. Ordered my Bowers & Wilkins A7 and they said they would send it out the same day !!!! It was 13:30 and I received it by 10:30 the next day, now that's what I call service !!! Well done all and I will defiantly recommend to all my friends.
