After searching for a product on google I chose to make the purchase though weybridge-audio. The price was great, the product is perfect and to top it off free next day delivery. I made the purchase in the afternoon and the following day planned to work from home to get the delivery. After a quick call in the morning to see what time it would be coming I was notified of a small issue, the order had to be made before 1pm to qualify for next day delivery...nothing on the product page or during the order confirmation informed me of this.
If you need next day delivery I would recommend checking the delivery tab rather than rely on the information being presented to you during check out.
If I had known this I would have bought from superfi as their cut off is 4pm not 1.
After a telephone conversation (that's right a real person) with Weybridge I purchased a recertified Zepplin Air. It came quickly and as I opened it I wondered how good it would be. Shouldn't have worried as it looked brand new and came with a two year warranty. Had a couple of issues with setting it up to stream music but the Weybridge Audio tech dept excelled on the phone with a lot of patience and a lot of good advice. Now up and running and sounds fantastic. Many retailers have forgotten the art of customer service feeling that once they have your money their responsibility ends - not these lads. Would I recommend them - without a doubt.
I recently bought a soundbar and Blu-Ray DVD player from Weybridge Audio. I was given great advice over the phone from being directed from the web-site. They also did a in-store deal for a an online purchase. I would highly recommend to anyone.
Did a lot of research online re price of the equipment I wanted and Weybridge Audio were very competitive plus there was free delivery. Their website was easy to use and when I phoned to check on an issue the phone was answered by a human being who answered my question straight away. Finally, the equipment arrived next day and was exactly as described.

I bought a pair of Bose QC15 headphones from these guys, and since they are an expensive product I naturally had some reservations of placing an order with a company I had not come across before. I bought a Yamaha sound bar from here and have to say that the service was first rate. From promptly replying to an initial enquiry on the web-site through to delivery I couldn't fault them. Price was also competitive. Would definitely use again.
Delivered on time and with good attention to detail, like better than average packaging and the provision of an invoice with the parcel. Sellers have an irritating tendency these days to expect buyers to print invoices from an email. I haven't had cause to contact the company thus far because everything has gone as scheduled, but I would definitely buy from them again.
We recently purchased a docking station after scouring the internet for days looking for the best price. The docking station was the same price everywhere except here. In fact the deal was that good I actually emailed to ensure the item wasn't second hand. We placed the order on New Year's Day & received a reply to my question & confirmation first thing on 2nd January. Item arrived third of January & no postage charge. Fabulous service. My purchase was a set of headphones they came as the cheapest on the web. I rang first to confirm they were in stock spoke to someone who was a great help with all my needs and enquires about the product. this will be my first call for any more electronic goods I may need.
My wife wanted a set of Bose QuietComfort 3 headphones before we went away on a BA flight, where the economy headphones are terrible. I knew the full retail price in John Lewis and similar high street stores was £299.00. I work at Gatwick so checked the price in Dixons Duty Free in the departure lounge .... £286.00. Expected that to be the cheapest until I checked on the net and found Weybridge Audio where they were only £269.00 with no additional charge for P & P. I was delighted. Ordered them on 3 December and they arrived the next day. Couldn't have been better !!!!
I have decided to buy local for a Bose Comfort 15 headset for my husband as our anniversary present. Weybridge audio offered one of the best prices on the internet. I called first to enquire if there is stock and was informed that they do have stock and that I could place the order on the phone and then pick it up if I wish. There was absolutely no hard sell which was very reassuring. I decided to order it on line and the delivery status was advised via email. However the wrong item was delivered and when I called the shop, they immediately sorted it out and had a courier delivered the right item to me the same day. I will buy from Weybridge again.
