Really impressed with whatafind.com
I have made several purchases on whatafind.com and I have been impressed everytime! Their delivery, customer service and products have all been outstanding. I have recommended them to all of my friends!

Poor quality service and product - Resolved
Ordered some furniture from Whatafind.com took 6 weeks to delivery even though I was told it would be received within 14 days. They do not call customers back only tell them that they will call them back later, three days after I chased again and received the same response. It was a merry-go-round to have the deliver the items. Yet when they where delivered the items where faulty, the bed and set of draws where damaged.
The company said it was telephone back, still waiting....
A representative from Whatafind.com contacted me about my complaint shortly after reading this review. I was immediately supplied with a replacement order direct from the manufacturer, they delivered the replacement goods and took away the old.
Things do go wrong and it was a shame that it wasn't resolved initially rather than having to resort to a derogatory review before action was taken to resolve the issues, although the outcome was satisfactory in the end.

Would highly recommend whatafind.com
I ordered a 32" LCD TV from whatafind on a Friday evening, around 8pm. They took payment on the following Monday. I received the TV today, Tuesday, at 11:30am. I thought that was fantastic.
The TV was well packaged. Once removing the packaging the original box was a bit tatty but I think that's to be expected given the background of the products. There was absolutely nothing wrong with the TV and is working perfectly. I am completely happy.
I only have a few gripes with the entire process. Some background information on the products would have made me feel more secure about the purchase. Something like the item being end of line or surplus stock would add confidence to the buying process.
Lastly there's a lack of communication between receiving the order confirmation and receiving your item. I realise this might be quite difficult for whatafind to achieve.
Overall I was very happy with whatafind.com and recommend them and an online retailer.
(I didn't have the need to contact their customer care line so I can't comment on that aspect of the company)

whatafind.com just a perfect site for bargains - well impressed
I stumbled across the site whatafind.com when searching for a new Dualit Cream Kettle to go with our Cream Dualit Toaster; I searched on Google and looked through the cheapest prices whatafind.com was the cheapest so thought I would take a look.
Wow - great looking site with a range of fantastic brands at great prices. I had a good look round to see how and why the prices where so cheap. Whatafind works with many UK retailers and brands to sell their clearance & end of line products to consumers like me. I placed an order for the Kettle and was a little worried, the next day my Kettle arrived. I had no reason to be worried as the Kettle is perfect, the transaction was smooth and easy and I saved a few pounds. I visit the site every day now just to see if I can pick up any more bargains. Thank you whatafind.com keep up the good work.
