I was looking for a present for my Sister's 50th birthday. Living in Greece, it's difficult to find quality gifts, unless of course you go all the way to Athens (8 hour round trip!), so I was delighted to find Wheelers on the net and found the perfect pressie - a gorgeous Mont Blanc pen. Wheelers gift wrapped the present beautifully, including a personal message from me on the tag and delivered it on time to my Sister in the UK.
I found the site easy to use and was impressed by their efficient service - will definitely be back again.
I bought a bottle of Dom Perignon champagne for my brothers 50th birthday. I was struggling to find the perfect present, but Wheelers were able to enrgave a personal message onto the bottle, which made the perfect keepsake to remember this special occasion. My brother loved the present!
i found a charm i'd been wanting, bought it and paid and they also took the money out of my account.. the next day i received an email telling me the item was out of stock. from other reviews i have read this doesn't seem like a one off occurrence. although the customer services were polite, it annoys me to have wasted my time, a business should be able to keep up with their website stock levels.
i will not consider using this company again as they don't seem reliable at all. the prices are great, just the chances of receiving your order aren't so high!
This is the second time I have used Wheelers - really easy web site to use - on both occasions I have sent presents to Singapore - both times gifts arrived well on time - beautifully gift wrapped and spot on what i ordered. This sort of service is just brilliant - well done to all concerned - will certainly be using Wheelers again!
There was an error made by the delivery company and Wheelers promised to send me out another delivery to arrive on a Saturday. As it turned out the delivery company found my item and delivered it to me.
The whole process was made alot smoother by the helpful girls who kept in contact with me through every step.
I would recommend Wheelers to everyone!
I ordered an item online, which was fully acknowledged by return.
I then received a personal phone call to check I had actually ordered the right item. I had not - my fault. The re-order was immediately effected and arrived with no delay.
I ordered a Montblanc refill and can't fault the item or the price. I was also impressed with the tracking details given to say when they would be delivered, but having said that they didn't turn up by courier on the day promised - and instead showed up in the normal post 2/3 days later - I'd have been upset if i'd have changed plans to stay in for the delivery.. so something to look at..... but otherwise i'd use/recommend and im sure i'll be back!

Whilst my order was quite a small one, this company's procedures were simply first class. items arrived very promptly, very satisfied indeed.Will certainly bookmark their site for future use.

I passed an order from France for a pair of cufflink. Website working well and object received in a reasonable time, packaged with care.
My only comment is that you can order engraving of your item, but you're not certain of how and where the engraving will be, so I finally decided not to go with it. Maybe a possible enhancement for Wheelers.
I ordered a gift for my friends wedding and they got the money out of my account wait for some days to find out they cannot send by that particular gift by Fedex, asked me to pay 55 GBP for the shipment again and then even though I wanted to pay the mail price they canceled my order and said they are not able to send the gift!!! very disappointing service, wrong information on the website... I will never use their service and recommend my friends not to use it.
More info: Because my debit card got robbed after that for 7000$ and I had to close the card and now it is under fraud investigation.
But Wheelers got the money out of my account before I close my card and payment was done so there is no excuse for them to cancel my order just before the time that it had to be delivered to my friend.
Put order in,involved engraving.engraver left message to check all as intended,spoke to team over weekend.pen arrived on time as expected.what more could you ask for?pleasant attentive effective personal service,refreshing change to usual experience.
Ordered three swarovski pens : one white and two amethyst. Paid for special delivery as in hurry for them as presents. Mandy telephoned me later same day to apologise and say the amethyst out of stock and would I like another colour - I chose baby-blue. However I was sent the grey pens. I had to email twice (before getting a response) explaining all the above and that I really didnt want to have time + expense of returning them and could I get some compensation instead for their error. I received email back saying just to return them + they would refund. No mention of postage refund for both journeys. My order was c.£150 so not cheap and I feel a bit disgruntled.
I feel the staff at this company are such lovely people, I must say I feel like I am chatting to friends when I call.
I would have no hesitation in recommending their services!
