Prompt Service!
I was looking for a specific type of Whiskey, one I had enjoyed with several friends, depleting the bottle of 21 year old Scotch in the process. Looking everywhere, I only found the bottle overseas. A little leery, my love for this whiskey outweighed my fear and I ordered through Whisky Online. 4 days later, it arrived in perfect condition from about 5,000 miles away. Loved the service and will definitely continue to use it.

Too much to choose
After spending half a day chhosing from your extensive range of whiskies I eventually chose a bottle to be sent to my brother in law for his birthday. It arrived two days later, he was delighted! Thank you for your excellent service.

Good service
The glass came quickly and was well packed but a bit disapointed with the glass as it was quite small and the weight and thickness for a whiskey glass was very light and probably easily broken when washing.

PRODUCT AND SERVICE GREAT BUT DELIVERY FIRM RUBBISH
I was able to track that you had dispatched my goods promptly but the delivery firm claimed that had tried to deliver my goods 3 times and left a card. I was at home at least one of the times they said they tried to deliver. They didn't leave any cards - I live in a flat and our letterboxes are behind an electronically locked door so it is a physical impossibility. Nor did they attempt to leave the parcel with our facilities manager whose office is under the entrance arch. When I rang up it was patently obvious that they much preferred the customer to drive to their depot and pick it up. Rubbish!

Excellent selection, easy navigation, fast delivery
I have never ordered whiskey online before, but needed a 'thank you' to a relative stranger in Denmark. I found the site through Google. Great Selection, Lightning fast shipping
I have been looking for a nice bottle of 30-year single malt to celebrate my friend's 30th birthday. Whisky-Online.com had a great selection, and most importantly the items I was interested in were in stock. I was a little hesitant about ordering from overseas at first but read some reviews and they sounded reputable. I placed my order Wednesday evening, and the bottle was shipped and delivered from the UK to Austin Texas (US) by Friday afternoon of the same week! The bottle was very expensive, and was wrapped and packaged accordingly. Not a dent or a ding. Very happy with the entire experience and will definitely purchase my rare items from them in the future.

Whisky Online has the best selection of rare and hard to find bottles
I was amazed to discover a bottle of Port Ellen first release for sale at Whisky Online. I had been searching for this bottle to complete my set for some months. The price asked was very reasonable for such a rare bottle and the prompt delivery and packing of the bottle were exemplary. Considering their age, the bottle and box were in excellent condition (as shown on the web site) and I will no doubt be monitoring this site for any future rarities I want to buy.
