An excellent product. However, it was NOT delivered on the day it was supposed to be (it was a day late). Consequently I missed the delivery as I was out at work. The courier company used was not particularly helpful or accommodating as regards redelivery and in the end I had to schlepp miles to an industrial estate to pick up my parcel. Sending it via Royal Mail would have been much better as they are more flexible than cut-priced couriers and have more places to pick up from.
Once again, proof of the argument: COURIERS SUIT THE RETAILER BUT NOT THE CUSTOMER!

Kevin we apologise if the courier was not as helpful as they normally are but we do have a help line on our website to solve any delivery issues and solve them quickly. It certainly does not suit us if bottles are not delivered. We ask for feedback through Trust Pilot so that we can be aware of any problems that arise. The customer paid for a 48 hr delivery on Tuesday the 11th Dec. A delivery was attempted within 24hrs on the 12th and again attempted on 13th December (the day specified) and was carded by the courier as he wasn't in. If we had received a call on the helpline we may have been able to help more quickly.
