value for money and great service
This was a good experience from start to finish. There was excellent communication about my order and delivery and the price was good too. I can't fault them at all.

Fantastic value for money
I will admit I was disappointed when I had to wait for Hotpoint to delivery the item. However, the service from Whitebox was excellent. They kept me informed throughout the process.
Didn't want to cancel the order because I just couldn't get it any cheaper. The washing machine is excellent even though the cycles are quite long. The washing comes out almost dry and feels clean.
It was worth the wait, had loads of washing to do when it eventually arrived and it was soon done as the washing machine holds 11 kg

Great Service, Very Quick, Very Competitive
We purchased a washing machine from this company recently - they were the cheapest we could find over the internet. We placed the order and were informed by email when our goods would arrive. we were given a delivery date by text message and then again on the morning of delivery we were updated with a text to say the washing machine was on its way and would be with us within an hour. we felt that we were informed of the progress every step of the way, which is very important when you are buying something over the internet. So Very pleased with the price, delivery and communication!

Brilliant service
Ordered a Hotpoint Oven which I needed to be delivered quickly and the service I received was brilliant from Whitebox, I would recommend and also use them again. Communication was very good I was completely kept informed on my order and delivery

A happy customer
I found the Whitebox site user friendly and well designed. The price of the item that I purchased was very competitive and all my queries were dealt with professionally.
The delivery time was faster than many stores and the cooker that I bought was delivered as arranged in perfect condition by a helpful driver.

On The Button!!
I bought a top of the range Hotpoint Tumble drier and saved mega bucks by using Whitebox - same machine £150 dearer at Argos!! Couldn't believe how much cheaper Whitebox were.
I have to say I was wary - too good to be true?? Not a bit; child's play to order, kept informed throughout my 3 day waiting time for delivery (yes 3 days not 3 weeks!)
Machine absolutely as described and perfect.
I'd definitely recommend them (and have) and will certainly use them again in the future.

Very impressed with prompt delivery and customer service.
Pleased with hotpoint double oven. Never had one before, my old elec oven has been broken for a while, no more cant cook wont cook. Never bought a large item from the internet before, so pleased we did.

Great service delicately arrived on time - no problem !
Very happy with the service ! Are large fridge freezer was delivered with no problem ! We live ina bad spot for deliverys - the same day we were expecting a range cooker ( not from ) white box ! They refused to deliver - due to bad road n steps ! ( boots delivery ) rubbish !!! White box did good ! Thank you !

very quick turn around,2-3 day,s.[currys 10 days].
We thought we had left our purchase too late as we couldnt decide on which item was the best for us! however on settling on a fridge advertised on whitebox we were amazed at the ease of ordering and the speed that they delivered to us, texting us on the day of delivery with updates on the progress of our delivery. They had loads to choose from and were really helpful when we phoned them about sizes. i would definatley use them again.

Needed a built in oven and came across Whitebox Europe ltd.Browsed and founrd a quality brand built in oven at a great price.Clicked to buy straight away as I had searched loads of other sites for the same type of product but found them too overpriced.Order confirmed,they sent me a delivery date and were spot on.Thank you Whitebox Europe ltd.A great service. Fantastic service & quick delivery!!

Excellent !!!
Wanted 2 appliances, Tumble Dryer and Washing Machine, both in black. Did the usual research and came across Whitebox whom i must admit i had not heard of before. Anyway after reading the most recent reviews on them i decided to give them a try and placed my order. Communication via Email was excellent and i also received a number of text messages from Indisit confirming my delivery, with my appliances delivered a week later.
For me a faultless experience at a great price.

The company were friendly and efficient to deal with, and the delivery was made, as scheduled with the driver arriving precisely when he phoned to say he would. He did a good installation job and was pleasant to boot! I would deal with the company again.

Great service, ordered product from Internet, recieved a phonecall within a hour of order confirming delivery date. Then given a time slot 24 hours prior. Text sent and Phonecall then recieved from driver 1 hour before.

Great service
I haven't heard of Whitebox before, so before ordering I phoned them. Quite surprisingly I was talking directly to an advisor - not an automated phone system. They checked the stock availability for the fridge/freezer, it was in stock and the price was correct as advertised (half the price of Argos!). Delivery was confirmed as per my requested delivery date (only 3 days later). Delivery communication was excellent, my delivery was re-confirmed they day before, and then 1 hour before the actual deliver. Can't fault the service at all, and will definately use Whitebox again. Fantastics service, 5 stars +++++

WHITEBOX worked wonders.
After ordering 3 new kitchen items from WHITEBOX, (washer, dishwasher, fridge/freezer)
I was contacted by them and realised I had made a mistake. Very helpful 'Kelly' soon rectified my fault, all goods now delivered and working fine. Thank you again WHITEBOX for the wonderful service and goods at a great price.

Laundry Blues
13 year old integrated washing machine was on its last legs. Thought that all integrated white goods cost a fortune. However my friendly engineer recommended Whitebox and I found a very reasonably priced replacement. Order confirmed by email and a phone call and delivery was arranged on a day to suit me. Delivered on time by extremely helpful men who took away my old machine(as arranged and prepaid for at an extremely competitive cost). Would definately use this company in the future and would recommend them.

Five Start Service - Would be six if they had that option!
Purchased three kitchen items which when compared to others on the internet were cheaper.
Emailed Whitebox to ask a question before placing the order and they promptly replied to. Ordered on the Monday and delivered direct from Hotpoint on the Wednesday. Even had a call from Hotpoint within an hour of the order confirming the order and checking the access to the property for them to deliver the items directly into the kitchen.
Wish I had more items to purchase because Whitebox would be my first choice from now on.
