delivery was by the product's company not white box. they were unwilling to deliver at the weekend or leave safely without a signature so I was forced to cancel the order as I was not willing to take a day off work to take delivery
After placing order one evening I was contacted the following morning to advise that the product was out of stock and would be available w/c 24 Feb. Called them for an update and they dealt direct with the supplier and they said it would be w/c 24 Feb. Got it delivered when said and money not taken until dispatched - would definitely use again
good service but when I went to use the dryer it made terrible noises and the door didn't shut properly a man came to see it and said I needed a new motor and heater witch is not being done until the 3rd march I would have thought rather than repair it would have been better to give me a new one as the machine was not 24hrs old .
I had several text messages from Whitebox / Hotpoint confirming the delivery date I'd choosen, along with estimated delivery time. One message stated, that 'reallt the delivery could be as early as 7am'. I had been given the estimated delivery time (3 hours) of between 7am and 10am... I had the delivery at 08:30! Delivery person was very friendly, and efficent. It was great to actually have something delivered when it should have been.
