Poor product descriptions.

Tried to order a chain ring,simple you might think.but on the description it didnt state if it was 9 or 10 speed.quite important you would think?!so i asked the question,this took ages as it wouldnt send it because i hadnt filled out the "nickname"book,so i tried to do that.ten attempts later as this "nickname is already in use,please try another"!all i wanted was an answer!!!!so i ordered from chain reaction,full description no hassles done in two minutes.now thats what you want!
