I ordered a bike for my wife's birthday which arrived exactly when Wiggle said it would.
It's always been my opinion that you never know how good a company is until something goes wrong, all companies experience problems every now and then, it's how a company handles the problem (and the customer) which separates the good from the bad.
Wiggle responded promptly to my concern (over the weekend) and everything was resolved to my satisfaction, and most importantly, before my wife's birthday.
I'd recommend Wiggle to anyone, excellent product range and great customer service.
