I didn't recieve the product!

Yes, I didn't recieve the product within the 10 days that were written in my order.
I'm still waiting.
I wrote an e-mail to the italian division of the company (I'm in Italy) and they answered me that I should wait til 30 days to have money back or to leave them time to send me the product again (if there's still in stock).
And it was a present, that obviously didn't arrive in time for that birthday!
Bad experience, that's all! I will not repeat.

    Hi Nicoletta and thanks for letting us know that you have not yet received your order in the 7-10 working days that we usually advise for deliveries to Italy. We are very sorry for the delays: unfortunately these can occur due to customs and sadly we do not have any control over this.
