It's an excellent source of good deals if you keep visiting regularly and can wait for the right opportunity. Otherwise needs careful evaluation, can be cheap and can be expensive.
seem to have fallen through the net on this purchase. after order not being accepted for proccessing i left it and got bits i required elswhere. weeks later my bank statment showed i had been charged for the wiggle order. chased it up and was delivered after a couple days. when i asked for some reassurance it would not happen again,and asked what went wrong - i never got a reply.
Was looking for a set of Look Keo 2 pedals as the existing pedals were showing signs of wear. Not only did I get them from Wiggle at a very competitive price, but the execution of the order was 'word perfect' and they duly arrived well within the time frame stated on the website.
The whole process was quick and easy and I will not hesitate to order from Wiggle again.

Item arrived on the Wednesday morning in a very large box big enough to fit tyre in which was fantastic because I usually received tyres from other online sellers all folded up and shoved through the letterbox
Item was in perfect condition

I come back to wiggle again and again.. the sales are pretty good when planning in advance for the seasons (so long as you're not a "always have to be in the new line out" kind of person).. the savings are great and the kit is always well reviewed giving you an idea if it is for you or not.
on the occasions where you've misjudged a size of clothing/footwear/bike etc just contact them and they will collect the item or you do the drop point and they will refund the money or give you the size you want without question. It even works like this if you get something try it on and go "oh my god what was I thinking this is hideous!!" they will give you a refund on this too without issue
I was sent handlebar grips instead of a bottle cage, clearly different products. You don't send the bottle cage until I return the grips which is a time consuming difficult process.
One product was not in stock but you said you would get it shortly. That was 2 weeks ago. It's a very common product and I feel slightly deceived.
Next time I will use chain reaction or the high street.
Wiggle were fine with their process but the delivery service would not leave with neighbours or arrange outside monday to friday 9-5 delivery if no-one was home so in the end the products have been returned to wiggle and i will be ordering through a different online service with useable delivery options.
I've bought many items from Wiggle over the years and have always had plenty of informative communication and prompt delivery. However up until now I've not had any problems with any of my purchases. However last year I bought a wheel from Wiggle that juddered badly under braking. Used it for several months in the hope the problem would disappear but ended up returning the wheel to Wiggle who in turn sent it back to the makers. For some reason the manufacturers couldn't replicate the problem but despite this, and the delay in my having returned the faulty wheel, Wiggle came through and sent me a replacement new wheel - which I'm happy to say rides perfectly! All though the correspondence with Wiggle (Mo in their sales/customer service dept - thank you!) has been prompt and helpful. Excellent service, thank you!
Wiggle have a very wide range of products for a large number of activities at competitive prices. The website is easy to navigate and items are always despatched promptly when they are in stock. Postage is free and returns are handled efficiently and generally without quibbling. They have one of the best ranges of womens cycling clothing that I have found (although there is still much less in their ranges than for men).
I've only had one problem with a wiggle order and this was due to a back end problem with an amended order, but otherwise wiggle has been excellent. I've made many purchases, just watch out for special offers as this makes the competitive prices a steal. I would not hesitate to recommend wiggle
I've used Wiggle for many years as they stock the brands I like at good prices. The delivery service is second to none, even at the standard free rate. The website is clear and attractive and quite easy to navigate. The only annoyance is that quite often items are not in stock in the size I'm looking for and they are not necessarily the cheapest every time.
It is a frustrating site to try and browse around. especially when there is a sale on. you click on the sale items,click some more and then find out they are not in your size. then it is difficult to get back to your original search. the filters don't work on the left when you are trying to browse the site. the main filter works eg brand but when you try to then sub filter that to female only nothing happens. i only use this site when i know exactly what i want. i find amazon much better and its not sports site
I think when you dont notice an online retailer doing anything wrong speaks volumes. Reasonble prices. DHB stuff is great quality, will continue to buy.
Wiggle always have the best deals and great range and service. Always check them first before buying anything. The only thing I wish they would change is being able to contact them on existing orders by phone easily as it would speed up exchanges etc much faster. I missed out on a event as the wrong size bib was sent and wiggle could not get a correct one out to me in time as it took 2 days to respond to the refund emails I sent.
Excellent service, superb web site. If it's not on wiggle, then you probably don't need it.
Everything related to ordering is great the only problem i have had is with the delivery through DHL they require a signature and they only deliver during work hour, which is fine, but most people are unfortunately at work during those time, hence the name. Other suppliers i have used post via regular mail also, where the package can just be dropped off rather than signed for, I'm sure this would be a better option for many that "work" during work hours.
