first disappointing experience with Wiggle
have always been a fan of Wiggle and ordered plenty of items. this time i ordered an item that was out of stock and assured it would be available in a couple of weeks and then shipped. a couple of weeks came and went. and then a month and then more. not a word from wiggle. no heads up that shipment was delayed or anything. i got in touch, they blamed the supplier, and just asked that i be patient. tried to have me substitute for another (inappropriate) product. disappointing all around

We trust that the expected delivery dates provided by our suppliers are as accurate as possible but sometimes these are delayed and we are informed accordingly by our suppliers. Please accept my sincere apologies that you were not informed.

First class service from wiggle
I have been very impressed by the service of this company, they offer products at an excellent price, there is free delivery and free returns. The free delivery is still very quick. I have also sent some items back with no problems getting a full refund. A first class service from this company I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Cheap, cheaper, Wiggle!
As you may notice this is not my first purchase. Once again Wiggle has proven why you should but from them. I bought this pair of Asics which in Sweden would set me back another £450. And then I got free shipping as well - as usual! :-) So, these are the reasons I'll keep coming back at Wiggle's.
About the shoes: Asics are always top comfort and quality, nuff said.

Easy to order, fast delivery, great quality goods - perfect.

An excellent store for the keen cyclist looking for high quality kit at a keen price
Wiggle is an excellent store that is a keen competitor to Evans, chain reaction and cycle surgery. Although I'm unlikely to buy a bike or cycle shoes from wiggle because I really do want to sit on it and feel it before spending such a lot of money I will buy almost all my other components and accesories from them. The site is easy to navigate and the pages load quickly . Most products have sufficient customer reviews that if I'm buying something new I can get a feel for what other people have said to gauge its suitability. Delivery has always been fast and efficient, and the returns process although never used looks simple enough to follow. Finally my daughter loves me for ordering stuff from wiggle for the little extra gifts she finds in the parcels when they arrive!

Great selection of items!
Wiggle is my goto place for all running,cycling and triathlon equipment.

So comfortable
I bought this saddle to go on a cheap fixed gear bike I bought for long deployment abroad (after the saddle it came with left me unable to sit after 10miles). After 10min set up with this saddle, i jumped straight on and did 40 mile ride with no problems! Love it and I'm going to put it on my main bike when I get home. I'm female, commuter with occasional longer ride, 60kg. I recommend this saddle wholeheartedly for similar cyclists (only cos I can't comment outside that scope).

Wiggle have got a huge range of cycling stuff and always good stock levels. Their prices are competetive and the service is second to none. They pack things well, dispatch it promptly and although I have only needed it once in 6 or 7 years their customer service department is excellent.

Wiggle have everything you could possibly need at a price you can afford. An variety of kit from bottom of the shelf basics all the way to high end professional gear. The service is excellent and you often find packets of Haribo in the box!

Great experience and some good advice from the techs although had to chase.
Having bought and Ridley Orion and unfortunately being knocked off I needed some advice on replacement wheel, forks and misc odds and ends. I got good advice on the wheel but the response did take some chasing and I never actually got any advice on the forks - I ended up going elsewhere for these. Wheel - Easton EA70 - very good value though and arrived within 2 days. No issues using or recommending Wiggle - just think that they techies are probably a bit thin on the ground.
