Great service and deals
My son has just got started with indoor climbing. Wildtrak supplied a great starter pack at a great price with all he needs. Next day delivery and Sandra is lovely to deal with. Highly Recommended!

Great service from wildtrack guys - very helpful with sorting out Royal mail problems. The only issue I had was Royal mail not being able to deliver next day, so not sure if it's worth paying for...

Greta customer service
I was searching for a pair of climbing shoes and Wildtrak came up in my search. The order process wentOK but I incorrectly entered my card details. I received a call the next morning, corrected the problems and received the goods the following morning.

Excellent service and a wide choice
My Rab Powerstretch leggings were sent promptly and at very reasonable cost to Greece. The price was excellent and I was kept informed of my order status at all times. This company is a real "find" with its wide choice of high quality products and good service. I will certainly use Wildtrak again and recommend it to others, especially those who need items delivered overseas.

Montane Sabretooth softshell jacket
In the lead up to Christmas, I was struggling to find a Montane Sabretooth in my size - the only store with any stock was Wildtrack. I ordered online on Friday night knowing the goods wouldn't be dispatched until the Monday and the earliest, and by Tuesday I had the jacket.

Firstly, very personable, although you can always trust people from this city to be so:-) Great technical knowledge and desire to help the customer make the right product and size choices. I returned some garments and they sorted me out immediately which puts most other internet traders to shame. Great selection of quality products and deals. These guys are obviously a first class retail outlet who have brought their excellent retail experience to the web. North Face trousers,
I bought these trousers on the Tuesday and they were delivered on the Wednesday, which was great! And they were also significantly cheaper in cost than any other store or on-line shop I found.

If only all retailers were this good ...
Great service and outstanding communication, as well as really competitive prices (about 15% under RRP on my order).
Before placing an order, I emailed to confirm that some goods were the latest version -> prompt (and positive) reply. While placing the order online another item was clearly shown as being on a 2-3 day lead time and even then they emailed me to check that I was OK with delaying the whole shipment until it was available. The goods arrived a day sooner than I expected.
