Great service and careful selection of items
I have been purchasing many climbing items from different websites and I won't exagerate if I say that the Wildtrak web-shop has the fastest service and the kindest and most helpful staff. If you are serious about climbing and mountaineering, you shoul look no further. You will find everything you need at their online store - the best equipment at the best price!

Best outdoor shop in Newcastle
Excellent service, advise and staff! Always has the best stock of any other outdoor shop. If you need something specialist this is the place to get it, they will always order you in equipment if they don't already have it.
Returns are also brilliant, and the staff are always friendly and helpful.

Amazing service!
Boots ordered at 3pm on a Friday, arrived on Monday morning. Excellent product and great price. I've recommended Wildtrak to a friend who has just made a similar purchase.

Great price for a great jacket
Price very competitive, jacket was not in stock when I ordered but I was kept informed re order status by email and it arrived when promised. Packed well and in perfect condition.

Good range of products with excellet customer service which made shopping with these guys a pleasure.
The rucksack I was after turned out to be sold out, which was a shame but not unexpected as it was last year's design. Most other sites I've been to send you an automated email letting you know your order's not going to be fulfilled, end of story. Not these guys - personal email from a member of staff explaining the situation and offering an alternative at a good price. Which makes for a much better online shopping experience all round - good product range, food prices and personal customer service.

A good pair of boots at a good price coupled with excellent service.
I bought a pair of Scarpa Kailash boots which are excellent and which I couldn't get anywhere else at the price. They arrived very promptly and I cannot fault the service. I had previously contacted the shop in Newcastle before I placed my order and they were very helpful.

Competitive prices, efficient order system,slow delivery.
wildtrak prices are very competitive and their order processing system is easy to use, it's just a pity that their delivery compared with other on line retailers was a little slow. No complaints about the product.

Very good service
i ordered a pair of 5.10's and they came fairly quickly without any fuss if hiccups. There were also very good value with other shops at least £5 more and most £15 to £20 more. So pretty happy overall.

Good people to do business with
I purchased an TNF courier bag, it was however too big, I returned it, full refund was given, no ifs or buts.
