Awful customer service
Was going to buy an expensive Canon L lens from their Warrington Branch. I told them I could get it from another shop for £50 cheaper (which would require a 40 minute drive) and they said they couldn't do anything - and even went on to say if I mentioned it straight away they wouldn't have bothered showing me the lens.
Terrible customer service. Avoid like the plague!

Excellent service
This is the only company i use for my photographic gear. Their prices may not be the cheapest but im happy to pay that little bit more to guarantee the best service. Staff are usually very knowlegeable and eager to help.
