Problem with delivery of correct order scored a rating of 4*.
A mistake was made with the delivery of the order, but after phoning the mistake was recognised immediately and I received the rest of my order after 4 days. I was very satisfied with the service even after an initial glitch. I am pretty sure I will buy from Wineware again.
