Very happy with customer service
It was time to order some more wine - we had just bottled a batch of Chardonnay - a Beaverdale kit which we had ordered from Wineworks. Delivery was really quick and we were given a number of delivery options. On the day, we were given a delivery slot of 1 hour. When it arrived, it was 10 minutes after the beginning of the estimated delivery time. Amazing!

EXCELLENT ALL ROUND!
The quality and price of the wine I have purchased is excellent. I am also really impressed with the fantastic communication regarding delivery which is normally next day and they always email and text with the approximate time it will be delivered.

Fantastic service was txt messages to say the delivery would be near between 15:10 and 14:10 and it was in my arms by 15:11! Order was exactly what I had placed no problems at all. Packaging was fantastic no damages very happy customer :)

Home brew is the way forward
I have just started brewing my own beer, its quick & easy after watching the dvd that came with it but because hte guy is use to doing it he doesn't always seem to give the right amount of explanation & i think it should be reviewed in some cases as the dvd doesnt cover all the differant beers that they stock.

Fun products and great delivery
I had a lot of fun choosing cider-making accessories on the Wineworks website. We won't have a chance to try them until later in the year but we have high expectations. Delivery was exceedingly quick and efficient and the products arrived carefully packaged. I particularly appreciated the opportunity, via a field on the online order form, to specify a place for the courier to leave the package if there was no one at home.

A very good company to buy from.
The website is easy to use and they have a good range of products, I think the price is pretty good compared to other sites, the order is delivered within a day or 2, you are kept informed when to expect delivery with an hour's time slot.
Just started making wine again after a gap off 15 years, the kit's have all the ingredients and instructions to make the wine, you just need the equipment which they also sell.
I bought Barolo 30 bottles and pino grigio 6 bottles, haven't tasted yet but they smell great...

i ordered a wine making kit from wineworks on the thursday morning and i had it by lunchtime the following day! now that is fast!, the kit is made from sturdy materials and will last a long time , if looked after, it has everything needed to start making wine in the home, just add ingriedients!!! which are also available from wineworks at decent prices, i will be ordering again soon and would recommend this company to anyone thinking of starting home made wine/beer/cider...etc 10/10

Fantastic and quick service
Was very pleased with the kit that I ordered. It even came with an instructional video that I found to be invaluable. Having never done anything like this before, I followed the advice given to the word and everything is now bubbling away very nicely.
Wineworks will definitely be my first port of call when I need to order some more goodies!

Everything arrived, on time, exactly, we particularly liked the e-mail to actually state a time slot. Ours was 11:59 to 12:59 and it arrived bang on 11:59.

fantastic
i ordered an air still and other bits a bobs. i rang them first for some advice which was good.after ordering they sent me a email confirming what i had just ordered.then they sent me a text saying when it would be delivered i.e from 11 till 12 on tuesday and it did come between those times.very happy with this company i have already bought lots of other stuff from them and will in the future. many thanks

Outstanding Customer Service
I was a first time buyer and had a slight problem. I called wineworks and and spoke to Richard (a very nice man) he put my mind at rest immediately. The wine has turned out perfect and is getting rave reviews from friends and family with the excellent quality.
I would have no hesitation in recommending Wineworks and have done. I will be ordering again as the quality is superb and very easy instructions to follow.

Very smooth transaction, quick delivery, well packaged.
The site guides are very handy and led to make a starter kit purchase.
It could be improved if the shop items were reviewed so I could see what wines are best.
Generally the kit was well priced at £46, buying individual items from the high street was around 10% more expensive so very good value.
The wine kit seems expensive although very easy to use.
I can understand that the sugar is pre-disolved with the juice, where cheaper kits need sugar added seperately, but for the extra cost I probably won't be making another purchase. Although quality vs cost when I've finished some kits will be my ultimate decider.
