WIX:DEVIOUS ACTIONS: POOR QUALITY: POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE
CHANGED MY WEBSITE TO WIX ON ADVICE FROM FRIEND. WRONG! HORRIBLE SERVICE: I MANAGE SEVERAL WEBSITES FOR SMALL BUSINESS...WIX TOOK CONTROL OF MY EMAIL ON GOOGLE...ELIMINATED MY ADMIN PAGE ON GOOGLE+ AND HAS LOST ALL OF MY BUSINESS EMAILS;.....NO PERMISSION..TOTALLY AUTONOMOUS ACTIONS...HAVE CAUSED ME TO LOSE 3 ACCOUNTS OVER THIS. HORRIBLE COMPANY..HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE ...HORRIBLE WEBSITE SERVICE
YOU CAN BLOCK THIS REVIEW BUT FACTS ARE FACTS..WIX HAS THE WORST WEBSITE SERVICE IN THE HISTORY OF THE WORLD....YOU ARE GOING OUT OF BUSINESS WIX...EVERYBODY LOOK FOR A JOB NOW...MY LIFES MISSION..CLOSE WIX DOWN PERMANENTLY...No EXPLETIVES..NO WHY WILL YOU REMOVE THIS REVIEW? I am going to keep writing it everywhere else till the doors close...so block that
I apologize for the rough time you had. We have no autonomous Google actions in our system. The only way you can get a Google email through Wix is to purchase it. If you previously had a Google Apps email, then you can continue to use it with Wix, by switching your mx records in Wix's domain management section.
If you did purchase an email through Wix, then your have to choose monthly or yearly. If you choose monthly and you fail to make the monthly payments, your email address can be shut down. Since Google+ is attached to your email address, then you would be unable to log into the Google+ account as well. This is the only time when I can think that the situation you are referring to could happen.
