At last a supplier you can rely on!
A young small bespoke design company producing exterior furniture etc. needed supply of Osmo products fast, locally in NW we couldn't find anyone. Wood FInishes Direct were personable, extremely helpful, and acted promptly. Will definitely make them our main supplier of Osmo.

Wood Finishes in Pole Position
Isn't it just wonderful when everything goes right. Ordered 3 tins of wood oil at 4:30pm, delivered to my address the next day at 9:15am. Received text message informing me of delivery window between 8:45 and 9:45 and driver was called Ian, how good is that! The competition stands no chance especially when the price is as good as the service.

I googled to find a particular product and this company was the one I chose.the online ordering was first class and tracking the order was very easy including a text to inform me of ETA and arrived as promised the next day and within the 1 hour delivery slot,extremely well parcelled and labelled with care.

excellent delivery service and on line order communication
have tried my cedar red wood preservative on a small patch of the exterior of my log cabin. The rough wood exterior soaked it up quickly and I am wondering if I have ordered enough to complete the job ! Too early to tell so will see how it goes. The product seems very good and I am very happy so far.

A good buy.
Bought the teak oil to use outdoors on new garden furniture. Since then it has rained a lot but the surfaces seem to be completely waterproof. Will also use on indoor teak furniture later and hope that the results are as good in rejuvenating old wood!

Wood use them again floor looks great!
Very happy with delivery, I used the floor oil for my floor it took three coats , but the floor looks great. It was easy to apply with the floor applicator. Would definitely recommend the product & the company I bought it for.

I needed an Osmo Country Colour stain in a RAL colour which has to be mixed in the factory in Germany. I rang Wood Finishes Direct to ask for time scale for delivery. They were extremely helpful and rang me back to let me know the date that the Osmo stain would be delivered to them and then straight out to me. The delivery firm text me on the morning of delivery to give me the hour slot for my delivery, which was spot on. This meant that I did not have to stay hanging around all day. I am very impressed with Wood Finishes Direct as a company and recommend them. I have ordered from them once before and received the same excellent service.

Brilliant service and advice from Lawrence in the sales office
Everything went according to plan until delivery.
We received a letter from Chronopost, the French end of the courier system to say that they couldn't find our address. They sent the letter to the address that they couldn't find and the French postal service delivered it. I phoned Chronopost to be told that I would have to collect the goods from the post office in Ruffec, 10 kilometres away. When I asked the lady at the service counter in Ruffec why there had been a problem, she told me that Chronopost were lazy and didn't try. After paying £25.00 for delivery I was a tad disappointed and suggest that Wood Finishes Direct investigate alternative ways of delivering goods in France

My deep red table is perfect!
I took the brave choice of choosing red dye for a small table in my hall and tested it as directed. It was just how I had imagined it in my mind. The service was second to none and the delivery exactly as Wood Finishes Direct had stated. Well done and thank you.

Excellent quick service
I was able to obtain the product I wanted (which was not available locally) quickly, even using the free delivery option.
Information about delivery was excellent with details sent to my email and mobile phone. I was even given a 1 hour slot which was adhered to.

Excellent service, fast delivery, correct order and great products
I purchased Osmo 420, brushes and Barretines wood preservative from WFD having read their recommendations for oak protection. Both deliveries were quick and well packaged. The text messaging service is excellent as you can change the delivery time or venue to suit. The first two tins were dented in transit but the products were unaffected and work well, so well that I ordered a second batch of OSMO and some fence treatment too! The hollow fibre brushes are brilliant. Here's hoping for some good weather to get the work done. A great service and prices comparable to other sellers.

Didn't think it would take that long to receive a tin of decking stain
I didn't expect it to take that long to receive a tin of decking stain nor expect an e-mail to tell me that I had just signed for a tin of paint. very robust tracking system but wonder if it delayed things.

Sorry you feel the goods took too long to arrive.
This product was out of stock when you ordered and an out of stock message would have been displayed when you were at checkout showing delivery within 2-5 days. The goods were ordered on Wednesday 7th May and arrived with us on Friday 10th May. They were dispatched immediately and were signed for on Monday 13th May which is (just!) within our stated time scale.
Sorry you say the tracking system seemed too robust for you. This is something that most of our customers appreciate as they are not always there to sign for the goods themselves.
