Gorgeous toys and outstanding value and service

This site is packed with the most gorgeous toys that are really high quality yet don't cost the earth. I received excellent communication and the delivery was extremely prompt. I would thoroughly recommend the Wooden Toyshop and will definitely be using it again. The only warning that it should give is be prepared to spend hours deliberating which of all the lovely toys to buy!!!!!!

Best Customer Service Ever !!!!

I was trying to place an order for some of their lovely toys but I could not get the form to submit no matter what I did( it was my fault not theirs) I must tell you that before I had settled on what to order, I had previously emailed them several times with questions on various different things.They always responded to me really quickly, in a friendly and patient manner giving me exactly the information I asked for, how rare that is these days! Anyway as I couldn't get the form to go through from my side they offered to put my order through themselves if I gave them my details and what I wanted so I did and it came through right away.Really lovely company to shop with I'd definitely shop with them again.

Wonderful service with amazing great value wooden toys

The WoodenToyShop are one wonderful gem of a company I heard about and after seeing a great offer purchanced some amazing wooden toys from them. I have just had a 2nd lot of toys from them ready to wrap for Xmas and as always the servce was 2nd to none. Great value wooden toys are hard to come by, what a wonderful company they are. I look forward to seeing what next to buy for LO.

Fantastic value, speedy delivery, so very professional

I bought over £200 pounds worth of toys on the friday I got delivery of ALL the items monday morning. The toys are so reasonable I actually thought the quality wasnt going to be that good but how wrong could I be. The toys are fantastic, made so well and worth every penny (to be honest think they are cheap compared to the rubbish plastic toys you get) I would use this company time and time again they deal with everything so fast and there is nothing not one thing I can say was a problem. Even their website is so so easy to use. Amazing company thank you for such an easy transaction .

I placed an order with Woodentoyshop one evening at 5pm and received the four items two days later. All four are just what I expected and will be greatly appreciated at Christmas.

A great selection of traditional wooden toys that are built to last. My daughter loves the "Melissa and Doug" range. Perfect gifts for Christmas and an excellent service. I can't recommend the company highly enough.

I don't usually leave reviews but felt the urge to with Wooden Toy Shop as the service was excellent. I decided to get organised for Christmas this year and get all my presents early to save stress later on. I just typed in 'wooden toys' to google and there it was! The website was easy to use, fantastic range of quality products and their prices could not be beaten (I had a really good look around).
Everything was delivered quickly and accurately. I was thrilled with the toys too. I really cannot find fault and now I feel totally relaxed knowing Christmas is sorted this year.

We've bought several items from here and the customer service has been fantastic. Not only that but the items are very good quality, with fast delivery and all well packaged.

We recently bought the John Crane Kitchen Station and my daughter hasn't stopped playing with it - it's the star of the playroom!

Quality products from a quality company

The Wooden Toy Shop really are a great company. Delivery was fast and customer service was excellent. I love the fact that all the products are wooden and so are very long lasting.
The BigJigs Town and Country Train set is fantastic and comes with a big track and lots of accessories which my son loved.
Their facebook page is also a great place to join for great reviews, customer service and giveaways.
I cannot fault them at all and will definitely be buying again in the future

Quality, fun and friendly

The Wooden Toy Shop has a wide range of great quality toys at competitive prices. My daughter has the Millhouse Fire Engine Rocker which she absolutely loves - we have already had hours of fun playtime with it. It is sturdy, well-made, brightly coloured and lots of fun.

Outstanding Company

I cannot recommend this company highly enough. The website is well laid out and easy to navigate and the descriptions are honest and accurate. The prices are extremely competitive and the quality of toys is absolutely superb. The dolls house I ordered arrived in record time and was beautifully packaged. I would have no hesitation in recommending the Wooden Toyshop and this will be the first place I look the next time I want to order toys. The products and customer service are fabulous.

The Best Place To Find The Best Toys

Excellent selection of gorgeous high quality wooden toys with great names such as Le Toy Van, John Crane and Pintoy. Very reasonable and competitive prices. Brilliant speedy service from two lovely friendly guys. You really feel that you are valued and looked after as a customer, and everything is much more personal with them being a smaller independent store. Their fun Facebook page is well worth a visit, and they also have a great toy blog with some very interesting articles. Wooden Toy Shop is my first and only port of call now with so many fun and educational toys to choose from. I would highly recommend them for fabulous toys and gifts for all occasions.

Great website, Quality toys, excellent service & competitive prices

We ordered a kitchen from this company after trawling numerous other sites, we found this site had the most user friendly website, with clear pictures and concise descriptions. With competitive pricing and reasonable delivery charges, it just took the hassle of trying to hide such a large toy from the kids! The check out process was simple, and the item arrived well packaged within a couple of days of ordering. Would definately recommend and will be using WoodenToyshop again.

What a find woodentoyshop.co.uk was ! A fantastic selection of traditional wooden toys all displayed brilliantly on a very user friendly website. Wooden Toy Shop sells a wonderful range of excellent wooden toys. Their selection is really great, and the toys themselves are of an excellent quality. Delivery was really fast. Their presence on the social media sites is also great - really getting on well with their customers! I like to see that personal presence on Facebook.

Exemplary Service and Delivery.

We ordered four wooden toys from Wooden Toy Shop on a Sunday afternoon.They were delivered together, and in the same box, at 0855 hrs on Tuesday by Parcelforce. We calculated that from mouse click to door bell push it was about 28 hours. Impressive.

The toys were fantastic too. Great colours lots to stimulate the lucky little people who were getting them as presents.
