good product and customer service
very good quality of product
good costumer service when needed
but took too long to arrive my order, almost one month from the payment. i almost thought it would not ever arrive and the order was not trackable as well

I'm a wool LOVER
I have bought quite a few products from WOOLOVERS over the last two years and found them all to be excellent quality and value, Airmail delivery to me takes about 9 days. I have recommended WOOLOVERS to quite a few people and my next door neighbour also buys from them.

Very pleased with my cream Guernsey cardigan
My mother used to knit Guernsey sweaters so everyone in the family always had one. I still have a navy sweater but I wanted the cardigan because I don't have to pull it on over my head. I know how much Mum used to have to pay for the wool she used so I know the Woolover's prices are very reasonable; there are some on the market which are far more expensive but nothing could beat Woolover's quality.

Wool Overs have it covered
Excellent Company to do business with, bought two half zip sweaters really nice quality exactly as the picture shows. Goods arrived on time and fantastic prices. Will definitely be using them again. Well done Wool Overs.

Fast delivery across the EU, perfect and quality cardigans, reasonable price...
I paid with the card, ordered 2 cardigans (one for me and one for my boyfriend), both are nice, as on the pictures and the size fits great.
The delivery to the Czech rep. was without any problems and fast. The only strange thing is that the more you will order the more you will pay for the delivery...

Very high quality product, and great speedy service
I am delighted with the quality of my purchase - a sleeveless cotton and silk jumper. It's just lovely, very well made, and well worth the money. Judging from this purchase, Wool Overs is far better quality knitwear than that sold by bigger online sellers for a similar price. I will certainly buy from Wool Overs again.
I should also say that the measuring system works very well (measure width from underarm to underarm) and ensured a perfect fit.

I couldn't be without Woolovers!
I have bought knitwear from Woolovers for some years and have never been disappointed. Over the years the range of colours and fabrics has increased and improved and it is always my first stop to look for classic items of knitwear. From time to time new styles are introduced letting me keep my wardrobe up to date. I am very fortunate to be able to visit the fabulous factory shop, where the staff are always very helpful and welcoming. When I have ordered items on-line or by phone the service has always been very efficient. Woolovers' quality is always consistant.-a great company.

New gansey.
Guernsey ordered arrived in good time,however the thickness of the gansey is not the same as ones purchased in the past. My old one bought 15 years ago is made with much thicker wool. It would be better to pay a wee bit more and get better quality.

Excellent Company offering Superb Products At Great prices
I have purchased a number of items from Woolovers and have allways been completely satisfied with the goods and the service provided. The presentation of items on line is very simple to navigate, ordering is easy and shipping is very fast.

Excellent communication and service
This is my first order from Woolovers. I found the company through google and purchased items having read such positive reviews. As I live in New Zealand I was a little concerned. But my items arrived within about 3 weeks and I am delighted with all of them. I have now recommended them to a friend here. I had occasion to email them a couple of times and their response was both immediate and helpful. My second order has already been placed.

merino and lambswool
I have had 5 of these now and I have loved them all. My only criticism would be the inevitable bobblng that occurs after a few washes and wearings. They are very warm and comfortable.

A trustworthy business that doesnt screw you!
Purchased a cardigan online for my wife. Price showing as £35+pandp so we bought. Discovered a few minutes later an email from woolovers offering a small discount. Rang woolovers and explained. They adjusted the price there and then to allow the discount. These guys are more like friends than suppliers. That was a Sunday afternoon. If thats what they are like on a Sunday with light staffing they must be some team when they are all there on a weekday. Well done everyone and thanks.

Perfect navy v neck
Purchased the relaxed navy v neck in small. I have a 37inch bust and it a perfect fit. The fabric is so soft and delighted at the prices. This is my first purchase, but will not be my last. Now i know that small is adequate i will be able to order other designs that have caught my eye.

Really happy with my purchases, beyond expectation
I found the measuring system a great help and as it turned out, my 3 purchases fitted well. The interesting thing was that having faithfully followed the measuring system it came up with 2 garments in Size L and the other Size S. As I am normally a size M in Australia I was slightly confused with the results. I am glad I trusted your system.
The quality of the garments really impressed me as well, I was not expecting them to be a premium quality for the price I had paid. All 3 were a very soft cotton with a mixture of either silk/cashmere. They are all of a particularly fine knit as well which adds to their class. I would not hesitate in recommending your service and products to friends. Thanks Jill

Who can beat you?
Since I first encountered Wool Overs I have not bought any knitted garments from anywhere else.
It is a real pleasure to find good quality in its pure form, without added synthetics, in fairly classical styles, which are always up-to-date. There is a wide range of designs to cover any weather, all year round.
One of my recent purchases is a Lambswool Cable Zip Jumper in a 'Rich Rose' colour, which has been much admired and is so cosily warm yet lightweight.
If I have any controversial comment it is that another recent purchase, a second Gilet, is not quite as comfortable as the first one which has a double ended zip. This allows for extra ease around the hips and is more comfortable when sitting down.
However, I will remain a loyal customer for the forseeable future.
Well done Wool Overs, keep up the good work.

Summer knits sensation
Just bought 3 jumpers in different styles, materials and colours. I love them all. Almost glad spring is chilly so I can wear them. I am always delighted with Woolovers. You can't get better quality for the price.

Small failure of seam
I recently purchased a silk/cotton smock from Wool Overs and I found it had a small but messy seam failure near the underarm. I did not notice it until I had worn it for a day though. I think that Wool Overs should check the quality of each garment carefully before sending them out. I don't want the hassle of sending flawed garments back.

Buy all your woollies at Wool Overs
You can't beat this company for producing such great woolens. You don't need to look elsewhere as here you have a wide choice with quality at a fantastic price. Marvelous for golf too as the fit is perfect and not too tight. I have already recommended the company to a friend.

Better than the high street
I oredered a bottle green wool cardigan from Wool Overs Ltd and was so happy with the quality and fit I ordered 2 more cardigans, one cashmere and wool and one silk and cotton. All sweaters are lovely quality, fit well and arrived promptly. For me, Wool Overs has replaced a famous high street retailer as my preferred place to buy knitwear.

Very Good Jumpers
I have bought a few things recently and I think the quality of my received items has been brilliant for the price. i'm happy with the usual speed of delivery and sometimes very grateful for the ability to send something back if I'm not absolutely thrilled with something.
The website is simple to use and the pictures of the goods are usually very good. I am delighted with the quality of the items I have bought and the rather unique sizing is reliable.

Never Received Items
I ordered two sweaters in December. When I placed my order I was never advised that an item was "backordered." I kept receiving "updates" telling me that 1 item had been shipped and the other is due in the store in a few weeks. Weeks passed and I finally contacted Woolovers to find out where my items are...the "backordered" item is in fact discontinued and they never alerted me and I still haven't received the sweater that I've paid for. This company is shady and shoddy - DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY - THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY, BUT YOU WON'T GET YOUR ITEM!

Excellent
This is the third item purchased from Woolovers. The cardigan is lovely and soft, perfect fit and has some really nice detailing. Delivery was very quick which was the same on all three orders. I have had no problems with anything purchased from them so far. The prices are also very reasonable. Generally a first class service.
