Wonderful pullovers from Woolovers

I love this company, the quality of the wool is really amazing, the service is quick and first class and everything I have bought from there lasts ages and is classic design so never goes out of fashion.

Poor so far.

I have waited over two weeks for the delivery of a zip up jumper.Rang yesterday to ask where it was and found out it will be another two weeks and no one had rung me to tell me! Rang again today to find out it will be another four weeks. Again no one had bothered to ring and tell me or e-mailed to give me a new delivery date.

Very satisfied

The site was recommended to me by a friend. I ordered a merino and cashmere sweater, and am delighted with it. It's light but very warm, an excellent purchase. I will be ordering again soon! The website was very easy to navigate and contained all the information I required.

Worth the money!

This is the first time I have used Wool Overs but it certainly won't be the last! Their customer service is second to none and they keep you updated with the progress of the order and delivery. This I really appreciate! The products are lovely and really warm and fantastic quality. I just have one gripe though and that is the chunky half zip unisex jumpers which I have bought are really, really itchy and I have to wear a t-shirt underneath them. Mind you that is because of the type of wool used to make them but I should have realised this when I ordered them! All in all a brilliant company who I would recommend without any doubt whatsoever. Thank You.

Best Jumper ever!!!

I purchased a Guernsey Tunic cardigan many years ago which has been fantastic so warm & washes really well. After many years of badgering my husband he has finally purchased a Countryman Jumper. The fit is exactly as stated & the only comment from my husband "wish I had bought one sooner"

Jumper heaven

I had previously been given a grey half sleeve jumper. I've practically lived in it sInce. Have now bought a navy and deep pink to complete the ensemble. Very easy to wear and good sizing. Wash well too. I highly recommend and will go to WoolOvers for future purchases.

Great service and quality products

I have Wool Overs for the first time and I am extremely pleased with the two cardigans I ordered. The first two cardigans I ordered were too big so I returned them following the instructions given and I have now received another two, this time the right size! The service has been fantastic with emails telling me that they had received my returned cardigans, sent out the new ones etc etc. I can't fault them at all.

Wonderful natural fibres in great colours

I have just received my first Woolovers garments and am thrilled with them. The Merino/Cashmere is wonderful , soft, light , warm and a good fit. It's so good to see natural fibres at an affordable price from a British company. I shall try the cotton/cashmere next - it sounds divine. I agree with another reviewer about the nylon tags - it would be very easy to snag the garment on them without realising.

Delighted new customer

I received a Woolovers catalogue and liked what I saw and then a sale catalogue. My usual shops didn't seem to have the sort of knitwear that I like. Too much acrylic. I decided to order a cableknit jumper and carried out the measuring instructions recommended by Woolovers.
It is a perfect fit. Length and sleeves are just right. Quality seems good (not washed it yet) and the colour is a lovely deep, rich navy. I feel really good in it and it's cosy and warm for the cold weather.
It arrived very promptly, well wrapped package and ordering process was troublefree.
Very happy with all aspects of dealing with this company.

Great site, first class service

I just found your site recently and I am very impressed. I ordered a couple of sleeveless cardigans which I had not been able to obtain in the high street and they arrived promptly at a good price. Quality seems to be very good. Altogether a good experience, will definately recommend to friends.

I ordered 2 V neck jumpers for my husband, he is very broad shouldered and needs a wee bit more in the tummy area these days.
Buying on the High Street whether for best or "value" was a trial, hard to get him to go shopping, then they never really fitted properly!
Wool Overs had the jumpers here within 2 days of ordering, the fit is fantastic, the colours are gorgeous AND they are British!
I fancy a couple of slip overs for myself and love spots . . . . . .

Lovely jumpers, nice and long. Excellent service BUT why oh why do you stab your wonderful fine knit wear with nasty plastic tags? One of my tunics has a little hole in it where the tag went through:(

Second purchase from Woolovers

This was my second purchase from Woolovers so obviously they must be doing something right for me. Two sweaters each a different colour as I like the feel, look and fit they provide.
Not sure about the name Wool Overs though, always think of them as Wool Lovers.

I would put 5 stars for quality and 1 star for service.

I would put 5 stars for quality and 1 star for service. very good, soft sweaters. high quality. it would be desirable more color and children's things. but the ugly attitude towards buyers when there are problems. my order was lost and the company plays for time. sent by mail the letter to Russia. it very long. don't try to solve a problem quickly. I made some orders and it is disappointed very much with service. because of service I am not ready to recommend to friends.
very much it would be desirable to change the relation to 5 stars. also there was a wish to have Russian-speaking support.

Excellent Value Products at reasonable prices.

As a firm believer in "Wool" as opposed to acrylics I have been a regular customer of Woolovers for about five years. The quality of their products is excellent and do not PIL i.e form unsightly little wool balls after on or two washes(Major Multiple Stores please note). The garments retain their shape and stabilityprovided you follow washing instructions. Should you wish to exchange any purchase they are quick to do this without any quibble .
Their sizing errs on the side of caution and they are one of the best value for money clothing companies I have ever encountered.

genuine and great products!

i have ordered cardigans and sweaters and they are great ! the material is genuine and so comfortable. what i want woolovers is to introduce more designs and patterns of cardigans and sweaters. 18" chest is not available in most of the cardigans. please do that. Shopping with woolovers is pleasurable and hassle free.thnks

Woolovers is warmly recommended in every way.

I've used Woolovers for a couple of years now, and have never been less than totally satisfied with the quality of their goods, really super knitwear. Their service is excellent, friendly, and orders arrive promptly and on time. As for their prices ... well, you would be very hard put to get better value!

What a joy to find Woolovers instead of acrylic overs|

Was so pleased to find your flyer in paper/magazine as it's difficult to find wool jumpers and especially at a reasonable cost. I received one for Christmas and promptly ordered another as so nice to wear. I take size 18/20 and found medium size fine. I have since ordered one in your sale (even better value)for my husband, who takes 40/2 and large is ok. Prompt and efficient sevice Thank you

Nice sweaters

I've got 4 sweaters for my wife recently. Two of them ladies "M" size and two - unisex "S" size.
Ladies sweaters fit well, but unisex "S" were larger then "M" in ladies size.
So be carefull with sizing.
Generally quality is great, delivery very fast.
I'm going to use this shop again))

P.S. that gift wrap they offer not worth to buy (((

this is my second but definately not my last from this company. delivery was prompt and I was delighted with the quality of the goods, also I could not believe the very reasonable prices quoted, I look forward to the next catalogue arriving

I am a returning customer, so obviously am quite well pleased with the quality of the items and the service. Sometimes delivery can be slow.

Very slow

Placed order - item was shoiwng as in stock. Item was despathed 13 days later after calling them. I found their customer service representative rather arrogant when i chassed them up. I would not order from this company again as there are other suppliers who offer better service.

Brilliant

I have had many jumpers from Woolovers over past few years. I'm always impressed by the quality of the products and speed of service. Jumpers are always as described and the colours are close to those shown in the photos. Latest purchase was chunky polo-neck which is a great colour (sage), good thick wool, good fit. Can't fault it and will order from Woolovers again.

Excellent service and speedy delivery. I needed to replace a heavier weight Shetland wool jumper for my husband before Christmas and no shops seemed to have one. Going online, I was pleasantly surprised at the price of the Nordic jumper, liked the design, was amazed to get it delivered in a couple of days. My husband is happily wearing it and it looks hard-wearing, so we are both very happy.

Excellent value, quality and style.

I came across this company when searching for a Christmas present and an so glad I did! The recepient, an elderly lady, likes to wear wool in the winter as they always did , but the styles and colours I selected brought her into the 21st century. The Guernsey Gilet in bright red was very well received as was the flannel grey crew neck sweater - she really was delighted. I had been told that one item was out of stock and would arrive after Christmas but thank you Wool Overs as both arrived before. The quality of both items was excellent, super stylish and the sweater so lovely and soft. How does the song go, something like "Now that I've found you I'll never let you go" how true, I'll be back but this time I will be purchasing something for ME!

Reliable and reasonably priced sweaters

I ordered a Guernsey pullover, which arrived promptly. For the money it cost, I feel it is well-made and good value. I would certainly recommend this company to anyone.

Disappointed

I ordered one tunic with a 2 week delivery, which was OK because I would still have received it in time for Christmas. 29th December and it's still not here as there has been a delay. When I heard this I ordered another tunic and was very pleased with it and took it away with me for Boxing Day. When I put it on I noticed that there was a hole in the arm so had to wear it with a cardigan. All in all, pretty fed up.
