Great work tops delivered very quickly in perfect condition.
Was surprised that you sent out a van with two guys but they wouldn't lift the work tops up a flight of stairs to a first floor flat. Just so that you know I have just had about a dozen deliveries to my flat and your guys were the only ones unwilling to carry the products up the stairs. Why send out a can with two men if they

Quality product, excellent customer service, great communication - would recommend.
As a new customer, I was unsure of the process of ordering a new worktop and of the policies around issues/returns etc. When I called for more information the staff I spoke to were well-informed and instantly able to answer my questions. The process of checking the details of the order to ensure absolute precision is thorough but simple and the delivery of the worktop was absolutely as agreed - excellently communciated and on time. The worktop itself is of fantastic quality and I am looking forward to it being fitted in a few weeks. Overall and excellent service and I be a returning customer when I sort out the rest of the kitchen...!

Iroko Worktop
Very pleased with the service from start to finish. Nice web site - easy to use. Quick delivery - arrived on the day and time specified. Very helpful delivery team who unwrapped each piece for our inspection. Our only concern was dealt with promptly and we were reassured. Would happily recommend to anyone and use again in the future.

Great value for money, good quality and efficient service
Website very easy to use, both viewing and ordering. Service great in respect to email confirmation of order and delivery date and time confirmation. Turn around time on delivery was excellent. Once worktops arrived was really pleased with the quality and now they are fitted they look fantastic! Have already told a number of friends where I got them from along with the excellent price compared to other outlets. 10/10

Does exactly what the company is called!
Once I had chosen to have solid oak worktops, I was left with the question where to get them from, especially considering the differences I had seen between various examples seen in showrooms etc. I then ordered several samples, including a sample from Worktop Express. I was instantly impressed, firstly that their sample arrived first, then by the quality of the presentation of the sample, including oiling one side to show what the original and the finished (oiled) surfaces look like. After all the other samples arrived, the sample from Worktop Express stood out above the rest.
I placed an order, requesting a delivery date, three days later.The delivery was prompt, calling 30 minutes before turning up.
The worktops are excellent, including the accessories ordered and would recommend this to anyone. It's just a shame that worktops aren't something that you order regularly enough to keep going back to the same supplier!
In addition to the products supplied, the information guides on the website were extremely helpful and would recommend a read.

Great product, great price, good service
Recently ordered several walnut work tops and upstands from Worktop Express they arrived in no time at all and are a really great product and make the kitchen look far more expensive than it really is! Price wise they completely undercut the likes of B&Q and Homebase so really it's a no brainer. The work tops do take some preparing (they would from all suppliers) but the end result is great.
Delivery with Worktop Express's own delivery service is excellent, they provide a delivery slot, several reminders and then a call before its final arrival as well as plenty of delivery options. I had to reorder additional supplies after the initial delivery and due to timings used the alternative courier service which is provided, this is no way as good as their own delivery service, there is a delivery day, but no reminders, no slot and the tracking service on the website doesn't appear to work. My advice use Worktop Expresses own delivery service!
Would highly recommend Worktop Express.

Excellent value and fantastic service, would recommend to anyone
We were quoted double the price by well known swedish 'value' shop so took a risk to save the pennies and so glad we did. The worktops are great quality with lovely variation of grain which looks stunning now its in place and oiled. The service was excellent. We ordered early but had to delay as our preferred joiner was a week late, we had to delay or risk having 12m of worktop in the middle of the lounge for two weeks!! Worktop express had no problems holding the dispatch and when it arrived, the two pleasant delivery guys skillfully got it in through the window without a grumble. We also had a sample delivered to us next day in order to match to our flooring. really really pleased with every aspect. Many Thanks to you all and would definitely use again in the future.

Quality worktops, brilliant customer service
Having ordered 3 worktops with cut outs and, part finished I was apprehensive about them being damaged on arrival , however they were very well packed and safely delivered, all measurements were as specified and the quality was first class.
One of the upstands could have been better as one of the joints was mis aligned only a small point of complaint One item was missing from the order but again brilliant service it was delivered express delivery the next day.
Overall a great product from a company who puts the customer first would definatly use again. only the small niggles prevented a 5 star rateing

My new counter top covers everything I need

Excellent product, and excellent service.
Our kitchen supplier, couldn,t supply us with 4 metre lengths. Our independent fitter recommended Worktop Express as he had used company before. We sent for samples that were promptly delivered. When we were ready to place our order the sales staff were very helpful. We stated the date for delivery and everything went smoothly. Delivery driver phoned on day of delivery to give a time of arrival. Two men arrived, to deliver the well packaged goods. We couldn't have asked for anything more, would certainly recommend.

Good value, quality and excellent service
The worktops are lovely - solid and a beautiful colour - we had the beech worktops.
Delivery was very speedy and a phone call to let us know that the delivery was on its way was great. The two delivery drivers were brilliant - efficiently negotiating our entrance hall and explaining how to store the worktops before installation. The leaflet enclosed with the worktops was very useful, especially how to oil the worktops as we have always had laminated tops previously. I would not hesitate to recommend Worktop Express and would use them again in the future. Excellent.

First class service, plenty of options to consider, best price
So, I had complete new kitchen quotes from Howdens & B&Q including worktops, but after considering the budget I broke the quotes down into units/appliances/WORKTOPS to get the best deals after previously stumbling across Worktop Express on eBay. While there are plenty of solid wood worktop options out there, Worktop Express seemed to have the best, more classy website which developed the thought that this would be a quality orginization to work with, and products would be "as written on the tin" (so to speak). Most importantly, I reckon pricing is about half of the best deal from the main kitchen suppliers, with that confidence that these are (as I have already said) qualified & quality products. When it came time to purchase (solid Iroko tops) I did so over the phone after reviewing the (very many!!) options, including cutting, pre-oiling, matching upstands, etc. Service was spot on, no issues at all and delivery expectations accurately set. The only problem was self inflicted in that if you want a radius (or presumably any other) cut, then please allow an extra week on delivery (I simply left it too late due to kitchen installer schedule)...and finally, the received product? I went with Iroko, pre-poiled, & upstands, and I am exceptionally pleased with all aspects of the product. I'll be back to W-E for the next project! Thank you.

Great value, Great quality

were some problems - but we were supplied with replacement worktops .
Some problems wih the work tops (staves not glued together for full length of work top-)but after emails /phone calls the work tops were collected and new work tops supplied. We have had an experienced carpenter fit the work tops and we are very happy with the final result .

Almost spot on.
Customer service was great, quite happy to help with my changes and questions.
Delivery guys were very helpful, friendly etc.
Worktop was made to my custom size etc with no issues; and was good value.
My two little niggles; the vertical edges at each corner were not rounded or sanded, so they were a bit rough and a bit sharp - easily fixed, 5 mins with sandpaper and a splash of oil, but it would have been good if they were pencil finished like the top edges. Not sure if this was an option but I didn't see it... And; although we had the pre-oil service, it definitely needed more oil on asap.
Really minor points, overall we were very happy and the worktop looks lovely, and everyone we dealt with was helpful and polite.

Superb, Professional service at the right price.
The ordering process was clear, with clear instructions and diagrams to confirm. Communication was flowing from the get-go, and delivery times arranged without complication.
The worktop, beautifully cut to my exact specification, and oiled ready for installation. Off cuts and blanks supplied along with oil for further treatment.
I only had what is probably a small order for worktop express, but was treated as an important customer none the less.

After looking at Worktop Express s website I stoped searching any further for my solid oak worktops. I was working to a budget and unable to afford Granite worktops so I wanted solid oak worktops as my next option. The prices that were coming up for my selection of lengths were very good.. far cheaper than prices I had been quoated elsewhere. Delivery prices were very good too, two men in a van delivered into my house, packaging removed and taken away,
Communication has been excellent with this company from my first phone call to ask if the oak would all match in shade as I was ordering three separate lengths ( two of which were to be joined together to make a large island worktop) to the phone call to say delivery would be in half an hour... right through to the e mail to see if I waas satisfied with my order.
Overall I have been very pleased with the service I have received from Worktop Express, I am very pleased with the end result and I wouldnt hesitate in reccomending to anyone to use this company.

Very happy with worktops and service
Very happy with all aspects of the service received. The worktops themselves are beautiful and exactly as described on the website, bringing a traditional yet modern feel to my new kitchen, and all at the best price I could find online.

Great worktops, good online service for custom order
I was ordering custom worktops with different cuts etc, they got it all right straight away, fast easy service, only slight sticking points are that the lacquer was added to the quote without any explanation, once this was provided I was happy to have it, but without this I felt you were adding unneeded extras. Also payment for the custom orders is to manual for the end user, a custom link with the amount to pay and reference already filled in would inspire a lot more confidence. I also had to check I used the correct reference.
