Wonderful Service

Goods delivered within 2 days, goods were of excellent quality and I would certainly use this company again

Second experience rather disappointing

We ordered items at the beginning of the year and were pleased with our purchases. In the last three weeks we needed to order some more and, because of a slight hitch with sizing the last time we ordered online we decided to telephone our order. We were treated well and assured our goods would be sent. Unfortunately, when they arrived they were not the sizes we requested. We telephoned to say we needed the items to be changed to the sizes we had requested and were told this would be investigated and we would receive a telephone call back. We are still waiting for the call!!

I have now bought two Grizzly KK903 fleeces and the quality and appearance are exceptional. They are certainly better than any other fleece I have had.

6 cute cousin tour t-shirts

I hesitated, when I contacted this company amongst others, as I thought they would not be interested as the job was such a small one for them, but from the off they sounded interested and were very helpful throughout. The product of uneek t-shirts are of faultless quality as I have just washed 2 of them now and they still look great and the print looks good too.
Workwear express were cheaper than all other companies I contacted and even my local one even with carriage on top.

The kids were really happy to have the same t-shirts to go on holiday with and their smiles said it all.

Wonderful product and excellent personalisation

This was our first order with workwear express and we have been delighted by the quality of product. I had to chase up delivery a bit but overall I had a great experience and would certainly recommend them to anyone...in fact one of our customers asked yesterday where we got out new garments from as he was impressed by the quality.

We'll definitely be back for more items in the near future.

Love the T- shirts

I am very happy with the service I received, I thought there was going to be a problem with my order as they could not use the pictures logo sent, however, this was resolved by an embroidery design which is much better and will last longer, looking forward to putting in my next order.

FORGOT HALF OUR ORDER!!!!

Ordered printed towel sets as prizes for a Badminton Tournament. Only half turned up on time. The other half were then promised in time for the competition but didnt arrive until a week later. I now have to post on, at great expense, to all the prize winners. Not Happy - will not use again.

Excellent service and a very high quality product

We had to produce 250 T. Shirts for a youth project, with a limited timescale and budget. Workwear express gave us an excellent price and service. They were flexible, friendly and delivered a high quality product on time. I will definately use them again and recommend them to friends.

Value for money, efficient, excellent customer service been using for years will continue

Many schools have hoodies for everything now but I always get complimented and asked where I get them from and have passed on info to several schools

Great service, helpful, freindly, easy too use.

I order my staff uniforms which are great. The web page is easy and quick to use. They proof the logo quickly only one change to be made then within a week I was wearing it. Looks good and value for money. So I placed an order for the children as parents wanted some for the children. Again helpful and fast my only fault is that may be it would be helpful if they put the sizes together in a bag labeled as this would of made sorting at my end easyer but this is really the only thing I can think off to improve the service. I would use again and recommend to all to use.

Good initial service but goes off the boil

The initial contact with the design of the logo and uniform was very good but once I paid the money the communication stopped
The one thing you want to know as a customer is the delivery date as soon as you place the order. I had to wait 7 days just to find out when the clothes would be delivered.
The quality of the embroidery and the actual clothes is very good , so worth waiting for

Excellent and speedy service

Highly recommend service and products from this company. Received excellent and speedy service. I would also like to mention that Sales Executive Sara Howe was very professional, courteous and efficient and I have no hesitation in picking the phone up to Sara for all our workwear requirements.

I'm really not happy

I placed an order on the 28th Feb 2013. Part of the order were 20 t-shirts with A4 logo on the front. Small left breast logo were delivered. You then had the t-shirts picked up the 13 March 2013. After sending emails and calling, I still have no answer. I have only used Workwear since starting my business in 2011 and, I'm really not happy regarding this order and not sure I will use them again.

Good product, reasonable prices, disorganised systems and staff

The staff do not pay sufficient attention to important details, which undermines the quality of their product and pricing structure. Quotes for branded apparel are ambiguous and the customer cannot make basic assumptions about a shared understanding - for example, I asked for a complete unit price for embroidered beanie hats, and was given a price that excludes the logo - my estimates were therefore wildly out and the response from the staff was ambivalent.

Worst of all is the company's ability to listen - I work for a split-site company: we have 2 addresses. This confounded the staff who sent 2 samples and finally the entire order, to the wrong address. I now have to transport the product myself and we have been delayed 3 times as a result of this inattention to detail.

I would not recommend this company as their inefficiency makes them unreliable.

Absolutely appalling

If it was possible to give no stars for this company then I would. Their level of "service" is shocking. My e-mail proof didn't arrive and I had to chase it up with them twice before I got it a week late. They then sent me an e-mail after my products should have already been despatched by them that my goods wouldn't be despatched from them until the 22nd April despite me placing my order on 18th March. They were quite happy to take the money on the day I placed the order but when it came to their responsibilities after that they failed on every level. So I cancelled our order and decide to take our companies business else where. Dismal, unprofessional and I wouldn't recommend to any one else.

We have used Workwear Express for a number of years and would highly recomend to any company. The help and assistance we get from all of their staff is fantastic and Beth who we deal with mostly can not do enough to help us.

Searched on the workwear website for a work coat for my son.They had a great range and i had no trouble in finding something he approved of (Strange for a teenager!!) He's pleased with the coat and so am i.It is weather proof durable (he's an apprentice electrician)warm and guess what "it's alright" which in teenager terms means pretty damn good and he wears it every day !! Yahoo.

Excellent Service, would recommend

Although on of my ordered items was not in stock I was contacted immediately and kept informed when the item would be in stock, once in stock my times came as advised and on time, would recommend this company to a friend.

Just what I had hoped for

After wearing polyester/cotton mix for years and getting far too hot during the warmer months, I decided to try a 100% cotton coverall. Workwear Express despatched the garment very speedily and used an excellent courier service that contacted me with a precise delivery time which they kept to the minute. Perfect service all round!

And the garment is so comfortable to wear.
