Excellent product
Excellent service and speed of product turn around , one minor thing the ladies blouse at size L (14) is a very small (14) possibly need to look at ladies sizing

Quality brands available, and excellent customer service.
We had a very short turnaround time from ordering to needing the products delivered and WorkWear House did everything possible to help. We chose to order from them because of the wide range of clothing and good quality brands at such competitive prices. The only downfall was the sizing guide which I understand come from the manuafacturers - not WWH. Out of 10 pairs of trousers ordered only a couple fitted the employees they were ordered for, and the sizing of the Jackets and Fleeces were different. If a Medium fleece fitted, the Medium sized jacket was too small. As said, this isn't WWH fault but maybe a WWH sizing guide should be introduced to prevent this from happening. We would recommend WWH to others.

Overpriced p&p
The p&p for 2 t-shirts to be delivered was £6.50.
I know this is way over what it costs via Royal Mail, because I send this sort of thing myself all the time; from my sales on ebay.
I complained to Workwearhouse, but, they say its what they are charged.
Funny that, because the Royal Mail postage label had just under £3 on it!!!
Absolute rip off by Workwearhouse!!!!

Customer service at it's best
This is the second or third time I have ordered from work warehouse (WW) and each time the service has been fantastic.
However on this occasion I ordered the wrong size, so had to return for an exchange. I called and got all the information I needed and sent the package back to WW, this is where I expected it to all go wrong, but not the case.
I was e-mailed that they had received my return and would process my exchange, to my surprise within 48 hours I received another email to say my exchange had been processed and was being despatched.
To my delight my package arrived today, it just goes to show, that when someone put’s there mind to it, true customer service can be achieved.
Thank you to all at work warehouse you have restored my faith in Britain’s ability to provide a good product supported by great customer service.

great value
other companys on the internet would only give a good price if you ordered in bulk.
i only wanted 2 shirts with my company name embroidered on the chest..
some companys wanted artwork,,some wanted set-up fees...typically they averaged £60 or more for 2 shirts....2 shirts with workwear house cost £40 with delivery
they look and feel great
they arrived in 1 week very fast delivery
i will be back for more,,in fact i wont be going anywhere else.

Fast & Friendly
Although my colleagues had previously used WorkWear House, I used their service for the first time recently. The service was quick and efficient and although I changed the order half way through, there was no further delay from the team. The gear is quality and my staff are happy to wear it.

Great comapny, very helpful, quailty printing and embroidery.

Workwear House go multilingual!!
I ordered three polo shirts for my daughter who is a saddler in Ireland, with our surname being Waters she has called her company Uisce Scaddlery (uisce is water in Irish), I was a bit apprehensive about the spelling on the shirts being correct but there was no problem at all. The fit and quality are good, they are nice shirts. Well pleased!!

Cracking
Ordered my work trousers but wanted a bigger size, sent them back, quick turn around and good communication. Only niggle is that I ordered black and got navy the second time round.

Good quality clothing at a reasonable price.
The economy pack provided all the clothing I needed at a very good price. The polo shirts, sweatshirts, fleece and trousers are all very good quality.

Not just excellent customer service...
We recently purchased a number of items from WorkWear house and could not be happier.
We were a rather awkward customer and went back and forth re our logo quite a few times. Donna and the team at WWH were fantastic and did not complain once. They were then able to deliver our items in time for an important event- despite the delay from our end.
When they arrived, the quality is amazing; far better than other company's samples received.
Will definitely be placing a further order with WWH and recommend anyone else do!

Be careful of sizes
Products are ok but takes an age to arrive, also sizes are misleading the Jackets we ordered were small compared to the size chart.

Gorgeous quality aprons, embroidered beautifully, delivered fast!

Great price work trousers with free logo, quick delivery!
I shopped around on the internet for some time trying to find the style of work trousers with the features I needed, but in particular for length. I need a 35" leg while most suppliers think 33" is 'long', and that's if they bother to let you know the length in the first place (or answer their email quieries). I found WorkWear House who have enough detail on their website for me to find exactly what I wanted in the right colour with a free basic stitched on logo. Around £20 including delivery, and so far the trousers have perfomed well. I would definitely buy from here again.
