Great product shame about the extra vat!
The apron was well made and of good quality and I expect it will last a good long time. However I was surprised to find that my invoice showed that I paid vat on the postal charge.I feel it should have been £12.45 for the apron vat at 20% £2.49 plus postage £3.75 total £18.69 not £19.44 as I was charged. Only 0.75 pence, but it's the principal

Good quality clothing - but I'm not so sure about the service
After my first order was placed I received the items within the week. The quality of the items is good. One of the items didn't fit so i've had to return it for a refund. I placed a second order and 5 days later I am still waiting to receive an email to say whether my order has been dispatched. I will have to email them to find out what the delay is?

lovely glovely
Mate of mine has a pair gloves that interested me, after a google search I came across http://workwearhouse.co.uk/ who were one of only a handful of companies selling. They take paypal as payment which for me was very attractive, same with the postage costs. Placed my order, a couple of days later I got an email telling me the gloves were on the way and they arrived very quickly. The website has loads of wonderful stuff I wouldn't mind buying and I'm making a return trip very soon. Great service all round...

Fantastic! Easy to use website and faster delivery than I could have hoped for!
Couldnt believe it when a package was delivered, thought to myself it can't be my lab coat I only ordered it the other day! But it was!! Super speedy delivery!!! And brilliant quality! I looked allover for a decent lab coat with pockets for my vet training but couldn't find one quite right until I came across workwear!!

Great service
Product ordered was not available. This really annoys me when websites advertise a product and do not have any in stock. A replacement was sent quickly at the same price, which made up for it. Should not list items not in stock.

Very Very pleased!!
I recently had a despatch/messenger bag printed with my company logo on it, I was very very pleased with the finished result, and I was able to get an initial one off printed, something most companies don't do for you, following up on my order was very helpfull too, the member of staff was very pleasant and helpfull.
I'll definately be using this company again!! full marks!!

I found WorkWear House to be very professional in processing my order to me. One phone call and it was done, Donna who i spoke to was very helpful, once the order was completed she sent me an email, with a picture of the embroidery to show me what it would look like, It was perfect, she got the sizes an everything right, the order arrived when she said it would so i didn't miss it, I will be using this company again,one happy customer.

The digital printing wasnt up to scratch. Waste of money so we wont be contacting them again. Also other dilemmas with the post.

User-friendly website
It was easy to find what I wanted and the navigation bars were very useful. From selection to shopping basket the whole shopping experience was easy. Email notifications kept me informed of the status of my order including despatch. I was very pleased with the end result.

Fast, helpful and good quality at good prices.
We ordered some plus size work wear for an extremely important employee who we have previously struggled to get PPE and work wear for. They emailed us immediately to confirm the order and quickly after to inform us one of the items was out of stock but offered us an alternative which we agreed upon. The order arrived virtually by return of post which has impressed everyone.
All clothes seem of great quality and we will very likely start to use them for all our work wear needs when we next re-stock.

delivery charge to high
