Needed following day (ordered am)
Although a very small order, we needed some envelopes for next day delivery after giving one of our customers a verbal guarantee she'd have them, we paid the £4.95 for next day delivery and ordered AM to insure.
To our embarresment, they didn't arrive the following day...after calling we were told.."oh we didn't send them out, they'll go out today"

Good product range, but stock and delivery an issue
I was really pleased to fine you stocked the envelope size we are looking for, not many do.
The website said the product was in stock - however, an email the next day told me otherwise. The person dealing with the issue dealt with this well and informed me that day.
However, I was assured the delivery would arrive on Friday - it has not yet arrived. I hope to receive it on Monday.

Placing the order was difficult because I could not enter a Republic of Ireland Address
The envelopes arrived very quickly, which was an excellent service. I'm not sure how the correct address was recorded. I did send an e-mail about the address on the system being incorrect.

The 250 gr envelopes are of a great quality! Good, srong paper and well made. The cD envelopes, are really good too. Shipped and delivered very quickly. Very satisfied, I would recommend!

Fine, quick and efficient, but please include an invoice in the package.
It was easy to find the product and order on line. The delivery was quick
but I had to ring to obtain an Invoice, which would be helpful if placed in the
box and not just online when I ordered.

Product as described, fast efficient delivery
I ordered some envelopes for some party invitations. The website was easy to use, and quickly directed me to square envelopes of exactly the right size to accommodate the invitations. I then scrolled down through the available colours, made my choice, champagne pearlescent, and checked out quickly and efficiently. The cost was competitive and the envelopes arrived at 10.30am the following morning. I was very satisfied with the product and the service and would recommend this company.

...spent ages trying to find a soacific type of envelope - found a few in America that were in packs off 100 - then I found this company and was able to order just 1.
Fantastic service, standard post arrived the next day - shame Royal Mail folded the package - maybe you should add do not bend stickers to your post.

Very easy process to purchase products on the website to start off with. Prices are reasonable and competitive with other similar companies. Great communication regarding an item that was out of stock, they ensured I was happy with a replacement that was suggested and sent. Envelopes arrived in good time and are good quality. You can't beat WOE for choice, value and service.
I love World of Envelopes. I have used them for years and I have always been delighted with the choice and quality of products. Excellent size range!
This is the first time I have searched for cellophane packaging and this was perfect. A massive choice of sizes and I was able to have as few as I wanted. It arrived very quickly which was essential and my only issue if I had to put anything would be the cost of P+P against the cost of the product. The packaging was perfect so no damage could be suffered but it always seems to be the one draw back of buying tiny quantities of anything. Nevertheless, the end result of newly presented Easter bunnies was a great success. I would use them again for this type of thing.

Helpful people, though with a lack of communication in the transaction.
Found them on Google, with a good range of products. Called to check they had what I needed in stock and was told that their stock matched the quantity I needed, so order soonest. Also told if order was placed by internet that day the order would be with me the following day.
Order was duly placed but did not arrive the following day. When chase I was told that the product had been stored in an inaccessible pallet delaying dispatch.
All was good bar the lack of being informed of the delay.
