First time i've dealt with this company and all went well, delivered on time.
I was replacing an Outback Excel 200 barbeque as the H shaped burner had disintegrated. Had to buy a complete new barbeque as Outback had changed the shape of the burner and informed me the new one was not a direct replacement,. They suggested Worldofpower and actually it was the cheapest. so bought the 300 version (next model up) as it was exactly same price. Not yet open but all well so far.

Excellent service, especially when the product was faulty
This could easily has turned into one of those on line purchase nightmares, but to be absolutely fair to World of Power when I contacted them to advise the product was faulty they were very quick to resolve the matter to my complete satisfaction. Furthermore they were very flexible and allowed me to change my product selection which was delivered the very next day.
If I have one slight criticism they can sometimes be very hard to reach by phone at busy periods but the web team email service is very efficient and I resolved the issue via email which actually suited me better.

Very average.
Could not hear the person speaking to despite advising her of the poor line quality. Bought one item on line but gave up on the 2nd purchase due to the line quality, will not visit site again if I can avoid it!

All good except delivery van broke down and so it was a day late but these things happen
The track did say the van had broken down. I did wait in all day as I thought a replacement van would have been available but it was a full day late and arrived late the following day. But so far the saw has performed well.

Excellent product, slow communication. Good afterservice.
I ordered a Einhell chainsaw with a 16" bar. The delivery time was quoted as 5-7 days and the system said they had them in stock. After conformation of order I heard nothing for several days. You can track your order to which I did and it showed as processing. When I rang there was apparently none in stock. This is after well over the week wait. The company were however quick to resove the issue and I had an alternative delivered the very next day. Overall I am very happy and sure that the delay was down to a glitch.

Don't waste time looking elsewhere!!
Having being let down from a rival company, I phoned WOP to check my purchase was in stock, it was, I bought it,and it arrived at my house 2 days later. It would have been the next day, but I left it to last thing in the afternoon to buy.

Well packaged; quick delivery; excellent value, but had to ask for guarantee details.
Very good value item; extremely well packaged and arrived by courier very quickly. Unfortunately there was no information on the 3-year guarantee which was in the buying description, so I had to email for this. It was quickly responded to and I received information about on-line registration for the guarantee. I would recommend this firm.

I can't find these quality products at a lower price elsewhere
I did have one of those "this is too good to be true" moments when I spotted World of Power's listing for the EINHELL TH-SM 2131 Dual, Sliding Mitre Saw. This is the Einhell red range (premium) and World of Power's price was considerably lower than the equivalent blue (diy user) model at other places.
A good mitre saw too. I've only used it a couple of times so far but can't fault the stability and accuracy of cuts so far.
Only niggle was a slight delay in delivery - possibly caused by the Easter break, but I had to chase it up myself as I received no communications regarding an ETA. If it wasn't for that I'd have given 5 stars instead of 4.
