Would not recommend or use again!

Sent and parcel to my brother in Germany. The website said it would take around 2-3 days. 2 weeks later the parcel arrived with the packaging ripped up! Hardly worth the £20+ it cost to send. Would not recommend or use this service again

A complete joke.

Got a parcel sent to me in France, it was refused delivery but they didn't call or try and see if I wanted it re-routed to a different address. On contacting UPS (the courier they were using) they said that a re route wouldn't be a problem, but I needed a tracking number. On calling Worldwide Parcel Services for this they refused to give it to me over the phone as apparently 'people write them down wrong' - sorry, what?!! I emailed requesting the number, no reply after 4 hours, I called again and was finally given the number but informed that my parcel was already back in UK.

Which I might have known if their online tracking system had worked. Which it did not.

5 days to France, less than 24 hours back to UK.

I am now being charged nearly double the cost of the original courier service for the return that I didn't even want, then an additional £10 for them to send the parcel from their warehouse back to the original address. So £85 for my parcel to be back where it started.

Appalling.

Bad, very bad service

A package was sent to me in Norway from UK, using WPS, on April 10. I followed the tracking information and six days later it arrived in Norway for customs clearence. But after that nothing has happened.
I contacted WPS and it took them 3 days (!!) to reply. After lots of ifs and buts they found out that the reason for the delay was that they didn't have my phone number. Why didn't they contact me and said so, instead of just waiting and delaying my package?? Very little respect for other people/customers.

Well I gave them my phone number, but now, another 3 days later, the package is still marked with "delay"!! I contacted them again, but so far no reply.

This is a scandalously bad service and I advice everyone to look for other couriers

Excellent service!

They quoted 5 days for a delivery to Australia, and it had arrived in 3! Very impressed! Have delivered with other couriers and has taken weeks. Simple and easy, will definitely use again.

Waste of time and money

They did not collect my packet + they did not refund me.
I have booked a collection by they did not come to collect my order.
They wrote me: collection between 9am to 5pm.
I phoned to them several times buy they never answered.
I wrote several emails and they answered they were late and they were going to collect after 5pm.
They never collect my packet.
The day after I phoned them and they answer they do not deal with booking over the phone, and I need to write an email to them.
I wrote my 20th email to them again and they send me an invoice with written:

PETER/RICHARD
08448000376
WPS
MULBERY WAY
UNIT 1 RIVER WHARF
BELVEDERE DA176AR

This was not the address of my parcel.
Avoid this company if you do not want a pacemaker.
It is a waste of time and money.

Laugh or cry?

I ordered a pickup for a parcel on the 5th of november.

Since I live in the student Halls, I requested that the driver either called me or went to the reception in the hall and asked them to call me (they have done that before).

I recieved an email and it was fine they would request it.

I knew I would be at home the whole day so basiclly I was just waiting for the driver to call me or the reception so i could go down with the parcel.

Aparently I didn't recieve a call. Which of course made me mad, but I have heard that sometimes it was a possibility that they don't show up on the right day because of overbooking.

Today I emptied my mailbox in the halls, and found a note telling me I needed to make a re-booking (which costs 10pounds).

Now the odd thing is nobody can put anything into the mailboxes in may halls without giving it to the reception first. Which means the driver HAS BEEN inside the halls and HAS talked with the reception, but aparently he didn't bother to call me, or ask them to call me! If that doesn't seem incredibly stupid, I don't know what is.
