Have purchased about seven items in total. My worst was a night star lamp that lit up the bedroom ceiling at night for your child. This did not work properly and was cheaply made, after lodging a complaint at the end of Dec 2012 with both Wowcher and the website I purchased it from, am still waiting for a reply, never mind a refund!
However, the best item I purchased was a leather 4pc tote bag. This was delivered extremely quickly and the quality of the bag was excellent, in fact I wished I had purchased two! I think Wowcher are good and can offer some excellent goods but their customer service needs to crank up a gear instead of palming customers off with "you need to contact the website direct that you purchased the item from" , as unfortunately you end up with a cheap broken item and no refund!

We always advise customers to contact the merchant in the first instance if they have any issues because they can usually resolve any problems faster than Wowcher can however if this does generate a solution we will always intervene on your behalf.
